Pior experiência da vida!

Pior estadia. Compramos 3 diárias e saímos na primeira. Banheiro era só mofo; teto, azulejos, chão, box. Quarto “ SUPERIOR VISTA MAR” o mais caro, só cheirava a cloro. Cortina black out fake, ar condicionado pingava na sacada deixando uma poça bem na porta, impedindo o acesso à mesma, ventilador de teto era enfeite, não funcionava, fechadura eletrônica apitava a todo momento, tínhamos que levantar, abrir a porta e fechar novamente, roupas de cama com cheiro ruim, como se tivessem sido usadas e não foram trocadas para o próximo hóspede; essa noite nem dormi só de pensar. Cama deformada, caíamos sempre para o meio do colchão, funcionários do café da manhã sem nenhuma gentileza e simpatia. Uma tristeza pois era aniversário de casamento e só tivemos prejuízo. Sem falar no café da manhã, o café era péssima qualidade para uma diária de 1.000. Uma bagunça de gente esbarrando em você, a reposição das coisas demorava, enfim, deveriam optar por itens de qualidade e sabor, pagamos caro para isso. Não indico a ninguém essa pousada.

Cuidado com a higiene da louça, copos e talheres.

Gostei da Pousada. Observei que os talheres, pratos e xícaras vinham sujos para a mesa. Procurei uma profissional do atendimento e fiz a observação e prontamente ela fez o comunicado ao pessoal da cozinha e copa e já no dia seguinte melhorou muito. Como disse as vezes é limpo em máquina mas devido a quantidade não fica bom e precisa de revisão, preferi alertar para que não prejudique a Pousada que é muito boa.

Quarto muito ruim. A janela dá para um paredão e um telhado com restos de materiais, ninguem obedece a lei di silêncio, pessoas falando alto nos corredores e correndo nas escadas, arrastando móveis e batendo portas, tudo isso entre 22h e 24h. Não tem ninguem para fiscalizar. Não recomendo.

Horrível. Decepcionante.

Horrível. Tudo ruim. Embora tenha feito o checki-in on line, ao chegar tivemos a grata surpresa de sermos informados que deveríamos pagar as diárias já que nosso pagamento havia sido negado pelo cartão de crédito. Isso porque nosso pagamento foi feito no dia da reserva, há um mês. Aleguei que tal não acontecerá mostrando o recibo da Hotels.com. A recepcionista parecia um robô não querendo resolver a questão alegando que que pagássemos de novo e depois resolvêssemos a questão junto ao cartão de crédito e a Hotels.com. Liguei no suporte da Hotels.com e, enquanto aguardava, como mágica a recepcionista me chamou e disse que o pagamento caíra no dia anterior. Difícil acreditar nisso. Esse imbróglio demorou uns quarenta minutos e muito constrangimento. O acesso ao quarto estava quase sempre molhado. Roupa de cama ruim e velha. Fiquei no quarto 03 de frente para uma despensa e próximo piscina, cujo acesso se dá passando pela área da piscina. Barulho e falta de privacidade foi nosso cartão de visitas. O quarto não tinha janela e muito escuro. Há uma porta que dá acesso pra uma área suja, com um varal e uma cadeira de plástico velhos. Esta área é descoberta e parece habitat de pombos, tendo vista algumas penas e paredes manchadas com resíduos de fezes de aves. Em tal área parece parece que começaram uma reforma e não acabaram. Impossível abrir a porta. O café da manhã é o restaurante são bons. Não recomendo.

feriado em casal

pousada que não deixa nada a desejar naquilo em que se propõe. atendimento, limpeza, serviços excelentes. opções de quarto bem variadas, café da manhã bem servido e o serviço a parte de cozinha e bar também é ótimo. a praia é bem tranquila, a piscina climatizada é muito gostosa.
