"It is a rustic motel in the mountains. There is a nice and clean pool with loungers where you can enjoy the mountain view. The rooms are spacious with private balconies or terraces. "Fabulous reception, fabulous guest desk service, they have team it's special for the guest requests upon you chick in the team already create a group on WhatsApp and any updates any attraction any system change any request will be on this WhatsApp so if you need anything you just send a message and it's like a magic it's happening, about the food you have the main restaurant and it's a huge one and they have a lot of restaurants with many cuisines and they have wonderful seafood I absolutely recommend this restaurant for the children sports and the children swimming and the children water parks they have a lot of things I think you need 100 days to finish the hotel

"The hotel is amazing, there is always something to do and the evening entertainment is probably the best we've seen. The buffet restaurant has a large variety of foods to cater for everyone. I would say that some proper napkins would be nice though as only tissues are used, even in the A La Carte restaurant, which we felt took away from the 5* rating. There are plenty of bars around the hotel so you are never waiting long for a drink and also the bar staff were very accommodating and made other drinks that weren't on the menu. We did feel like the alcohol had been watered down significantly though. The pool was always just the right temperature, with the sea being just as warm."
