This boutique hotel is beautiful and conveniently located. The bed was ultra comfortable and everything was very clean and easy to access. We were on the river side which was worth the upgrade. We’d definitely stay here again!

Our room, and the hotel in general was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful and the location was perfect for exploring Bilboa. The wi-fi worked well and the A/C was a wonderful amenity considering the hot weather. The king bed was quite comfortable with pillows of equal quality. We would definitely return.

Fantastic hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the restaurant was delicious, and the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable with a great shower. The location also can’t be beat, right in the old town with so many delicious places to eat. My one complaint is that our window shade was broken so we couldn’t keep the room dark in the mornings. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved the location and the vibe of the hotel. The staff were really helpful. We got a free drink on arrival and the room was excellent. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom and shower were great . They use excellent products throughout l’occitane . Breakfast was great

Beautiful room in a great location, very friendly staff. We unknowingly booked during aste nagusia which is the biggest week of the year in the city. There were parties all night long but the noise did not keep us awake at all. The hotel even left us with the blue scarfs that the locals wear during the festival days. It was an exciting surprise to our trip. The bed was extremely comfortable, great air conditioning (hard to come by in Europe), wonderful shower. Everything was wonderful at this hotel.

The breakfast was delicious. The waiting staff very friendly and helpful. The decor was edgy. The slight issue was lack of drawer and hanging space for 2 people in room. Door stop on tge floor near the wardrobe was stood on a few times . Big concrete pillar in front of the shower. No wear to put your makeup etc nxt to the sink.

This is a great hotel in the heart of Bilboa. The staff went the extra mile to make our stay outstanding. Very friendly people and excellent hospitality. The breakfast at the Ola restaurant was wonderful. Great food and the service was absolutely superb. The waitstaff was so warm and welcoming. Really makes the experience feel special.

This hotel is a absolute gem centrally located in Casco Viejo, Bilbao. I recommend it highly based on my nine day stay at this hotel. The front desk staff are wonderful. Always willing to hep with a smile. We choose the daily breakfast option which was served daily at the attached Ola restaurant. Breakfast was wonderful and served daily by their professional staff. If my wife and I visit Bilbao again, we will definitely stay at this hotel.
