My recent stay at The IP Casino left much to be desired. The pool closed unreasonably early at 7 pm, and its surface was dangerously slick. Pool service lacked attentiveness, and navigating through the casino to access it was inconvenient. The bathroom was cramped, with barely enough room for 2 people. A shower curtain instead of a door severely out dates the bathroom and the lighting was inadequate, particularly for women. The dated amenities, such as the plastic tub and faux marble, were disappointing, as was the imminent detachment of the towel hook. There were no complimentary movies like HBO, and the internet was terrible, with an additional charge for slightly better service. Cell service was also dismal. Daily room cleaning was nonexistent, and maintenance issues like a cracked peephole were concerning. The restaurant service was mediocre at best. Don't even get me started on the elevators. Overall, the room was barely average and while it didn't ruin my vacation, I would recommend trying something different. Who doesn't have free HBO these days?

I always love using this property when visiting this area. The hotel is nice, clean, updated for most part, and is conveniently located. However, my experience with staff this visit was absolutely horrible. Customer service was less than average and late night manger was rude, offensive, and dismissive of everything I said. Luckily, before my departure, I was able to speak with general manager who helped resolve some of this issues and disrespect that had occurred during check in nights prior. I will try this establishment again only because I have been going there for years and love the atmosphere and the day staff, but hope they really rethink their night managerial staff. Otherwise, my stay was enjoyable.

The room was decent in size and clean but the bed was so hard I could have been sleeping on the floor. The bricks for pillows didn’t help. Additionally, the A/C unit was soooo loud it woke us up each time it kicked on. Would have asked for a different room had it not been 2am when we got settled after an evening of gaming.

Convenient parking, excellent check in, clean and comfortable room. Bath excellent. I can’t get used to the idea that the room is not serviced each day.I guess it would add greatly to the cost but I really like coming into a fresh room with the bed made, the trash emptied and the bath straightened. Overall it’s fine

Was NOT very impressed with the room. The shower had issues working, the bedding was paper thin and the bed just extremely loud you could hear any time somebody moved. Other than that I enjoyed it. Casino was great and plenty of food options. Pool area was kept nice and staff was great.

I honestly didn’t know what star rating to give. The vast majority of our stay was great. Every employee we encountered was awesome. Unfortunately. I had one really bad moment, I’m in a wheelchair and couldn’t get on the elevator. I was trapped on the 19th floor for over 45 minutes. Every time the doors opened, the lift was too full to accommodate me. I was almost in tears by the time I finally got on the elevator. It’s not like I had the option to take the stairs. I thought I would be trapped there forever. Otherwise, it was good.

Property needs to add microwaves to the room. I should not have to pay $28 dollars to warm my food for 2 minutes. My sheets were dirty full of spots of rust. I believe they are over selling the property. Never again

Overall, the IP is a good value, but it has a few issues: no maid service, the parking garage is hard to maneuver, and the elevators can get overcrowded and slow.

A stronger ventilation system smoke smell covered by airfreshner. Not a pleasant combination. Why not separate some slot machines into a Non smoking area Was nice otherwise... pool enjoyed

We have been here for four days and ours room has not been clean once. I had to call room service and ask for clean towels and wash cloths, supposed to replenish the fridge with water every other day and we haven't had anymore since the one's that were there when we checked in. We have stayed at the IP several times before and this has been the worse we have seen it.

The value was good compared to other casino hotels. Check-in was easy and the staff was very friendly. We ate in two restaurants on property. The bar food was not as good as the food in the Bayview Cafe. There was no cleaning service for the room over the 3 nights we were there and one of the elevators was shut down for repair. We probably would stay here again and request our room be cleaned.

no valet, have to walk too far to park your own car, kiosk did not work to check in. chelse at the check in desk very nice and helpful, no room service. concert was amazing good organization. no luggage carts to carry your luggage on. room very nice and clean

Room was hot even tho air was set to lower temp. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Our unused clothes that was in our bag, our hair smelled like cigarette smoke from being in the room and walking through the lobby. We were in a non smoking area and room.
