"Amazing hotel, you get great value for money with a varied buffet-style breakfast, spa access with saunas, steam room, jacuzzi and swimming pools, as well as direct access to the sea! Rooms were very clean and staff helpful and welcoming. Perfect location, with bus stop right outside and short walk to 3 different beaches and multiple beach clubs."

"We got room with balcony. It was great. Full spacious room. The bathroom was good size. The room thermostat doesn’t work so if your cold- use extra blanket and there is no kettle in the room so I kept going to the reception to get hot water to drink whenever I needed. Otherwise the staffs were excellent. The buffet was good too. Enjoyed my stay here thank you!"

"The hotel has a nice modern design and everything looks new and well maintained. The bedroom was stylish and comfortable overall, although the double bed was quite uncomfortable for two people sharing. The mattress was unstable, so whenever one person moved, the other moved too. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working during our stay and the room became very hot at night. We could not leave the windows open because of loud live music in the hotel courtyard. When we raised the issue, staff explained that the hotel system could only run either heating or air conditioning while they were transitioning between the two systems, and we were offered a fan instead. The gym is excellent and the views are very nice. Food was average — some items, like the croquetas, were served frozen, and a couple of our drinks never arrived. On the positive side, the staff were very friendly, professional, and well trained throughout our stay. The kids club was the highlight of the trip, and Jen was fantastic with the children."

"Our room was a sea view with a balcony but the room and bathroom was very old and dated. There was no hot water unless you ran the tap Or shower for over 12/14 mins. For that price I’d expect a nice room and bathroom not an old dated one with mouldy old tiles and sanitary ware."
