Our stay at the hotel was generally pleasant, thanks to the excellent reception staff and the cleanliness and comfort of our room. However, we encountered some issues during breakfast. The restaurant was understaffed, with only one person managing all the service. We faced difficulties such as a malfunctioning coffee machine, and essentials like sugar and butter running out without being refilled. It was challenging to place our order as we had to actively seek the waitress’s attention. Additionally, the dish we received did not match its description, and we were advised to modify it ourselves using buffet items, which was impractical. When I expressed these concerns to the waitress, her response lacked an apology and focused on the challenges of managing the service single-handedly during a busy period. I believe these areas could greatly benefit from attention and improvement.
