The bed slept good the only reason why I stayed was very tired from the drive the bed slept good that’s all I enjoyed and the morning clerk was very polite and professional
Be sure they take the 30 dollar charge off at checkout, we stayed twice total 5 nights back to back stays refunded one but so far the other charge not refunded. Housekeeping not very good but they were packed out.folks upfront were helpful.would stay again cheap and convenient.
Bad smell in hallways and room. No locks on the hallway outside doors. Dirty carpet and bathroom. But the roaches in the bathroom had us running to get out.
Broken doors, trash on parking lot and hallways, no room cleaning, carpet filthy, no fresh towels and cloths, shower lraked, toilet sideways in bathroom, smelled like mold, leak stains everywhere, broken locks. Truly a horror.
There were roaches everywhere. Tried to call front desk and there was no phone cord to the phone. Went to talk to the front desk and no one was there. Burn marks all over the floor. Couldn’t use the tub because there was no way to plug it.
I actually did not stay. The hotel and room were so awful that I left. Building itself smelled terrible, as did the room. Hallway carpet was stained and dirty. TV didn’t work, and the phone wouldn’t connect to the front desk. There was a small puddle of water on the floor. That was when I decided that I couldn’t stay, so I cancelled and with some difficulty found another room nearby.
We had to check out and go stay at another location like minutes after check in because the hotel was old and ran down and very smelly we laid in the bed and instantly started itching there was roach powder with dead roaches around the walls of the room the pool looked green and disgusting like it had not been used in years there were other people complaining at the front desk about the condition of the hotel not to mention we heard dogs barking outside other rooms and the police kept circling the building the entire hotel definitely gave creep show scary movie vibes and the halls were so dim and creepy the elevator was iffy and creepy this place needs to be torn down completely and renovating
The first room I was given on the 5th floor had a "balcony" door that would not even close, so I called the main desk from my phone because the room phone was not even plugged in. They gave me a different room on the 3rd floor. That front door barely closed and had to be shoved hard to engage the lock. The carpets were clearly not vacuumed and there were belongings and trash from previous guests in the room, further showing the lack of cleanliness. After seeing multiple roaches in the bathroom by the tub, toilet, sink, and floor, I went down to the desk again to see if I could change my stay to one night rather than the two I had booked, which was accommodated. I then left the hotel for dinner and tried to stay out as long as possible because of how gross the room was, and after returning begrudgingly, I found more and more bugs on the dresser, near the bed, crawling on the mirrors, and the desk chair. I had already decided I couldn't shower there but when the roaches were near my bag, which I kept on the dresser to avoid the nasty carpet, I ran downstairs to check out. Neither employee seemed fazed by my descriptions of the squalor and told me because I had been checked in for six hours, I couldn't get my refund for that night. When I asked for help finding another place to stay, one of the employees shrugged his shoulders and laughed at my request. I was fortunate to be able to book a room at Red Roof Inn across the street which is newly renovated.

Disliked: Cleanliness
Tub drain had something in it. Ceiling been damaged and not repaired correctly old and run down. Would not recommend for anyone. A/c worked great
The towel racks and toilet paper holder were non- existent. Torn curtains. Afraid to walk on the carpet because it was so dirty. Scum in the tub and soap holder. No stopper in the tub. Booked this for the pool and breakfast. Pool was green. Breakfast was in a sack. We checked in late in the evening, or else, we would've gone somewhere else and just list the amt. we prepaid. Beds were clean. Can't believe Wyndham would put their name on this rundown place!
I really hate leaving bad reviews but i had to on this one. This has got to be the worst hotel ive have ever stayed in. Hotel room was disgusting with roaches in the bathroom. Stains on the bed skirts. Dirty and old furniture. There was a lady screaming out the balcony at 1am and throwing clothes, sneakers , iron board and other items. It was just the most horrible experience ive ever had.
WHAT. A. DUMP. It's clear that nobody cares about this hotel enough to keep lots of areas in and around it clean. The cigarette butts in many corners of the parking lot, the permanent stains on the carpet in the hallways, the green, dirty water in the swimming pool for all to see... This hotel needs a good cleaning, maintenance and updating.
Some of the hotel staff in the lobby don't care much about helping customers. I was helped when I asked, but there didn't seem to be any satisfaction or interest in speaking to me.
The to-go breakfast bags are inadequate with a danish, granola bar and a small bottle of water. At least give us some juice (there is a single-cup coffee maker in each room, however).
The layout of the hotel is odd. It's built on a steep hill, so there's a lot of climbing up and down the hill with entry onto various floors.
Hotel was DISGUSTING & DIRTY!! Once family and I got to our room, it stunk of musty and mildew along with the hallways! The sliding glass door in room would not lock and the security lock on back of room door was missing and looked like it had been kicked in. The pictures this place uses to advertise are VERY DECEIVING!! I redeemed my free night for nothing, we did not stay here, checked out immediately!!!
