Lovely stay

Always a pleasant stay here whilst at conference. Everything I need in the room and breakfast is very well laid out with an abundance of options. If eating at the bar for an evening meal though service can be slow, so don’t wait for staff at the table order your food at the bar!

The hotel was extremely busy . The staff did really well managing check in breakfast and bar service and should be commended . There was a difficult group at a wedding and they appeared to manage them with efficiency and without fuss

The food at their resturaunt was absolutely amazing. I was shocked. The 24 hour bar was awesome. Clean rooms and a simple walk from train and airport. What a great location.

Great hotel in a good location

A great hotel in a fab location for Resorts World arena and the NEC. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good breakfast options to cater for vegan and gluten free and also vegan and gluten free options in the lounge bar. Large car park, very easy experience all round. Our room didn't smell very nice, almost like it had been a smoking room or someone had smoked in there. Couldn't work out what it was but thankfully there was an opening window which helped air the room

Great hotel, with good facilities.

A really comfortable, well serviced hotel. The leisure centre is especially good and the staff great. I just wish that hotels these days had in-room fridges as they are just so useful to store some food and drink during your stay as when you're on business you don't always want to eat out.
