There was a delay with the rooms being ready at check-in which was inconvenient, but a staff member came by to get our names and within a few minutes we were told our room was ready. Everything else went smoothly. Amenities were nice, room was clean, bed was comfortable, and easy access to the mall was a nice treat.

We always enjoy staying at your hotel when we come to Alabama football games. Having such ease at shopping so close by is a plus. I have another stay booked at the end of November. I did have to change our hotel in two weeks to another hotel due to a price increase. That’s one thing I think could be better, not going up on rates because a big ballgame is that weekend.

Our room was clean and the beds/pillows were very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and a great way to end the day! We always choose the Hyatt for these reasons plus the convenience of being on the grounds with Dave & Buster’s and the galleria.

This hotel suited me quite well. They checked us in and out in under 5 minutes, everything was clean and comfortable. The view left a little to be desired as it was simply the whole roof of the attached mall below our window, but the facilities and the service were great. The food at the 9 dollar buffet was excellent and the price was only half of what it would have been had we not booked ahead of time through the hotel.

My stay at the Hyatt Regency Birmingham – The Wynfrey Hotel in Hoover was excellent from start to finish. The staff was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. The location is perfect, especially with direct access to the Riverchase Galleria, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The hotel itself is beautiful, with great amenities and a warm, inviting atmosphere. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.
