Everything was great! It was my first stay at The Renaissance and it was more that I expected. From the grounds to the room everything was emasculate. Every staff member I encountered were nice, friendly and helpful. They were concerned about your comfort and your experience. There were lots of food choices at the restaurants, live entertainment at the bar, quiet spaces, and even a bagpiper at sunset.
