Really nice and affordable hotel. As a Memphian, please be aware that their hot honey wings are just buffalo sauce and honey lol. Staff were helpful. In a fairly safe location as well.

The Kelly is a nice hotel in a great location. The rooms are well outfitted thought disappointed there wasn't a minifridge. The A/C works great though, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Aside from being charged for breakfast when it was supposed to be included in the room charge I paid, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

What stands out most for me was the modern fixtures and the room was comfortable. The bad experience for me was the difficulties I had with trying to find a parking, there is only valet parking or street parking. But overall it was good. Please train the bartender about her job to help a customer who might having challenges choosing a drink

We particularly enjoyed how accommodating the staff was to our requests. We wanted extra towels and they immediately made that happen, our car was immediately greeted and unloaded by the valet, making check-in very smooth. Its central location to excellent dining was also a huge plus!
