"I’d like to leave a review for anyone who doesn’t want to end up on the street at night looking for alternative accommodation. On the day I needed to extend my stay, I rang reception and asked to extend my booking; I was told to do this via Expedia, which I did, but my smart key wasn’t extended. As I was leaving to run some errands, I called reception again to let them know, said I’d be back late, and asked for confirmation of the extension. "Everything was new and incredibly clean. They bring breakfast to your room whenever you request, they have a restaurant on site for room service, the hot tub was incredible with a great view. Overall the entire experience was easy, relaxing, very modern, and well worth it. Thank you for being kind and exceptional hosts."

"An hostel very well located and super clean. We had a double room with large dressing. Staff is super friendly and very helpfull ! Definitly a good adress in the area. Negative point : wall are thin so you can easily hear your neighbourg talking or high heels in the coridor"

"I stayed at the original Futuro more than 10 years ago. The Duo is equally as good. The guys on reception helped me book taxis as my UK phone didn't work with the Yandex app. Daily housekeeping was to a high standard and breakfast was varied each day. The location is great for getting to Ala Archa and downtown is walkable. I would stay again. "

"Meget rart sted at være med hjælpsomt personale. God madras i forhold til andre steder med meget hårde madrasser. Lidt langt fra centrum men kun ca 250 Som med Yandex til centrum eller Osh bazar. Spar supermarked og restauranter tæt på. Mubarak er god og Istanbul restaurant skulle også være god, men vi nåede ikke at besøge den."
