this is a VERY old building. full of mold, pool and hot tub shut down. It was full construction workers. As 2 women staying there, we were afraid to leave our room to even meet a door dash driver. NOT family friendly. Prob fine for workers that need to crash after a long workday. And "breakfast" was served in room 106!!!

Room wasn't clean and had a bad odor. A hot breakfast buffet was advertised on their website but that wasn't true. Seemed to be construction of some kind going on. Breakfast sandwiches and yogurt were available in a small table-top fridge with a sign that said "One sandwich per person" taped to the fridge door.

The guy at the front desk was great. He politely asked me if I would consider being on the 2nd floor in a bigger room. He said that he had quite a few elderly people coming in for an event and was trying to save ground floor rooms for them. I thought it was great how well he knew his upcoming customers and was thinking ahead for them. I've been in customer service my whole career so I truly appreciate a person who puts in the time and effort to know their clients and plan ahead.

There was no body wash in container in bathroom. Corner ripped off one bath towel. Front desk person was good. Coffee pot in room a bit sketchy so didn't use it. Bed was comfy. Room was fine. Limited breakfast. Coffee was good. The knob on bathtub was quite hard to turn on.

We were disappointed to find that the pool (which looked like a nice area) area was not accessible due to reconstruction even though no work was being done on the pool. Wish this was known before booking. Breakfast was also make shift due to construction. Staff was helpful and friendly.

First, the positive. The hotel was reasonably priced and allowed our small dog. The breakfast was good. Now the negative. Our room was in disrepair. Wallpaper was pealing on the wall. VERY NOTICEABLE. the bathroom door was scared down to the layers underneath the paint and spattered all over with “something white”. The hem on the window curtain was undone and hanging below the curtain. I spoke to the manager on site and they responded by taking pictures of the problems and saying the district manager would be notified. I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

It looks like the hotel is being updated, which is good, as it is an older hotel. After an 11 hour car ride, all we wanted was the comfort of a bed. The gentleman at the desk, who I believe is the manager, was EXTREMELY rude at check in. The pool was out of service and the breakfast was just ok. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, although they could use new pillows.

I like the price I paid. I had a Dr appointment. The ND country Fest was an event going on and your facilities did not price gouge! My concern the connecting room 178 lock needs to be repaired not that secure. Otherwise I felt safe as a woman traveling alone. I like your lounge but this trip I did not utilize it. Thank You

Was not as stated on site. No restaurant available on site. No pool open on site. Lobby smelled musty and felt overall shabby. While starting to check in, half dressed customer came to front desk complaining of water and TV issues in his room. Rather than stay here, We took a loss on our money and found another place to stay.
