“I checked out after 3 hrs of being there. I called to check the pool and make sure it would be swim ready for my children. They didn't have the heater on and it had been c for my sons birthday. old outside for those three day. The pool was too cold to swim in. My daughter turnt purple after being in the water for about 10 min. and son turned purple and they both had to get out. The hot tub was frothing with chlorine bubbles. So we got out of that too. “The pictures in the listing make this hotel look very nice but it's the complete opposite. When we arrived we had to wait 20+ minutes for the front desk lady to check us in. The entire time she was having side conversations on her phone. Once we arrived at our room, we were greated with roaches. Crawling over the walls and even in the toilet bowl. We couldn't enjoy snacks or food without them coming out. There is definitely an infestation of roaches at this hotel. Very upset about this. We let...

“I’ve stayed here a few times. I have a family member that needs hospital care on occasion. This hotel is 10 min from Bailey Medical. There’s a QuickTrip in the parking lot. Rooms are clean and comfy. Staff is FANTASTIC. Breakfast is decent. Honestly cannot beat this for the price. I believe they also shuttle to the airport. ”

“The room was considerably dirty upon arriving with a broken tub. The floor was wet in various spots and walls had undeclared stains that resembled vomit. Sheets were not clean. The vending machine ate my money and I was told they don't serve them so can't refund. Terrible experience. ”
