“This hotel is beyond clean, well cared for and the beds are the most comfortable I've experienced in a while, and I travel frequently. From check-in to departure, every staff member was friendly, helpful and courteous. The day I was supposed to leave, my plane was delayed by 5 hours, Angel was so sweet in assisting so I could return to my room versus wait at the airport (initial flight was at 6 am). “The checkout and check in process was extremely slow… the shower wouldn’t completely turn off and it wouldn’t drain. We had to stand in shin deep water while taking a shower. Definitely not what I expected for the price we paid.”
