“I checked out after 3 hrs of being there. I called to check the pool and make sure it would be swim ready for my children. They didn't have the heater on and it had been c for my sons birthday. old outside for those three day. The pool was too cold to swim in. My daughter turnt purple after being in the water for about 10 min. and son turned purple and they both had to get out. The hot tub was frothing with chlorine bubbles. So we got out of that too. The shower didn't have handle covers just...

“The hair dryer in my room did not work, after complaining no one fixed it or let me use a different hair dryer. There was some kind of red sauce or blood on the ceiling in my room. I showed the front desk person, but nothing was done about it. There were little bugs crawling on the floor in my room. The carpets were dirty and looked like they weren’t vacuumed often. The day shift front desk person seemed overwhelmed but the night front desk people were nice and friendly. ”

“I’ve stayed here a few times. I have a family member that needs hospital care on occasion. This hotel is 10 min from Bailey Medical. There’s a QuickTrip in the parking lot. Rooms are clean and comfy. Staff is FANTASTIC. Breakfast is decent. Honestly cannot beat this for the price. I believe they also shuttle to the airport. ”

“The room was considerably dirty upon arriving with a broken tub. The floor was wet in various spots and walls had undeclared stains that resembled vomit. Sheets were not clean. The vending machine ate my money and I was told they don't serve them so can't refund. Terrible experience. ”

“Property interiors are updated very nice. Bed was very comfortable. Room was spacious and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool is outside and the season was not appropriate for it to be open. We will definitely stay here again.”
