흑해 연안, 불가리아의 워터파크 호텔

“Basic apartment with very uncomfortable beds. Staff came in to clean every 3 days. Pools were very clean. On site restaurant was good but perhaps a little small for the amount of apartments in the complex. There’s a supermarket right next door and a shuttle bus which goes into the town throughout the day. Otherwise it’s a 15 minute walk into the town and maybe 20 minutes to the beach There’s a great water park right across the road from the complex too.”

“We loved the huge apartment with a full sized oven and hob, full sized fridge and washing machine. My daughters loved the three pools and the location on the beach and close to the town.”

“hotelkamer en het hotel zelf erg ruim. Onbeschofte en ondeugende medewerkers, vooral die van aguapark. Zeer slecht Engels gesproken en slechte service. Noch slecht, noch erg goed eten. In 5 dagen had ik geen zonnebank die vanaf 6 uur 's ochtends met handdoeken omging het zwembad en op het strand.Het hotel is 4 sterren, maar ik zou het slechts 2 en een halve ster geven. Helemaal teleurgesteld, de eerste en laatste vakantie in Bulgarije”

“I wouldn't go back to this hotel, because it wasn't well maintained. None of the public areas looked clean, you could see cobwebs on the stairs as well as the inside the rooms. Staff at the reception desk had no knowledge whatsoever. The only positive things was the location. ”

“The apartment was very disappointing. Main light didn’t work Toaster kept tripping electrics Sofa bed not fit for purpose. Table on balcony cheap and kept falling over Had to put a chair in front of the fridge in order to keep it closed Apartment certainly wasn’t cleaned correctly before we arrived. I had to re clean it and also found dead insects behind sofa bed and allot of dust under all other beds Other people we knew were staying in same complex but there apartments were lovely, clean...

“Guests are rude. Very long queues for food, you need to queue for 20mins to get anything. In order to have a balanced meal with meat & veg & salad you need to queue 3 times = 60 minutes in queues for every meal. Food the same every day, not a great standard. Very limited drinks, often only water available. Sun beds always available - a huge bonus! Water park is great fun - water very cold.”
