"Supposed to be breakfast by 6/6:30.there was absolutely nothing by 7a.m..zero staff around either. The stairs to the second floor had lots of dirt chunks, not huge problem but a red flag. The room was miserably hot upon entering and had a bad smell. Turned the air on and immediately got hit with musty urine smell. Yay. Too exhausted to deal with changing rooms or hotel at this point. But will not return or recommend. Disgusting. And the little shampoo and conditioner bottles were obviously used and reused, as both were under half full. Cheap, nasty hotel all the way around."

"We like the friendly staff, and the coffee was the best we've ever had! Thank you. The room was a great value, excellent price. The bed was good, and the bathroom was clean. Two things need serious attention: please replay the carpet in the hallway and the chair in the room. Extremely dirty. The unlocked outer door is not good for security."

"A three night stay..... Not sure their vacuum was working. Carpet was dirty around the bed and needs to be changed out. It was a weird room with several eyesores. I asked for a different room a couple of times and they just couldn't accommodate me. If you're staying more than one night you must inform desk that you want your room cleaned. Was not informed of that. Came back to an uncleaned room after a hard day and was not pleased. Was offered towels and washcloths and I emptied the trash cans myself. The price I was quoted from Hotels.com was not honored. It wasn't a lot more but person at the desk didn't ever seem interested in pleasing his customer. Have stayed here several times and am not pleased with new management . Not many other options in Bethany. Breakfast was fine."
