"I have never had an issue staying here before I even always tipped the housekeeping as I was leaving. But when I went to check in this time the man at the desk which is an older black male, accused me of something I had not done during my previous stay. He said that my boyfriend and I pulled a gun on him! I personally am petrified of guns and have never owned one. I tried telling him that he was wrong and he kept arguing with me calling me a liar. I quit trying to argue because I was tired and wanted a room that I reserved. He gave me a room and I went to the room and the AC didn't work so I requested another room and the AC did not work in that room either and it smelled like pet urine. I brought it to his attention and he told me that I can just leave! I have never given these people a problem at this place and have even given great reviews during my previous stays. I left the property and tears from this shameful experience with this man. They should really be ashamed of themselves."
"The location was great.
The staff was amazing.
The restaurant and breakfast food was great.
However,
The beds were horrible. The mattresses were sorn so much that all you felt was springs and dips in the matress. The pillows flattened down to nothing. My sleep was interrupted many times because I was uncomfortable as was my wife. My son and his family had the sam experience in their room.
Also, the bathroom had a pocket door that was cut so crooked that it would not lock.
I will be choosing another hotel other than Hilton. We were very disappointed.
The reason to go to a hotel is to get a good night sleep, it will not happen with mattresses and pillows like that."
"I liked the clean room, awesome breakfast . Jennifer doing breakfast was great & staff was great. Love the variety for breakfast . I would highly recommend ."
