Great place loved our stay here, nice big bar area with pool table our room was on point owners and staff go above and beyond had a good laugh with them too cheers Kirsty and Cheers Sterling for the drinks and hospitality defo coming here again.

The owners were lovley and polite. But unfortunatley the room was not. The draws were broken, the walls had some sort of stains on them. The walls were falling apart. And the day we left, we stripped the bed, and found a big period stain on the mattress. I felt so disgusted as I already slept on it. I did mention it to the owner, but it was like she shrugged it off. On my next visit, I’ll be booking a premier inn for the duration of my stay.

Extremely good value for the location and for a room for 3 (would easily have slept 4 as we had a big double bed plus 2 bunkbeds). We didn't expect 5 star accomodation, given the incredibly good price, and we knew the hotel owners were doing up the rooms one by one. Our room was dated, as we expected, but perfectly good. The double bed was very comfortable and the bunks were fine to sleep on. Bedding, towels, etc spotlessly clean. The bathroom was clean and everything 100% functional. We thought the room might be overly warm (top floor) but actually it was a nice temperature, despite the hot weather! Staff very friendly and accomodating, as we needed to leave bags both before AND after our one-night stay (making the most of our time in Blackpool). Very conveniently located for Sandcastle Waterpark and Blackpool Pleasure Beach, and very near the South Pier tram stop.

I love this hotel before we got in our room we was warned that it may smell of paint which we was completely okay. Its cash only on arrival which i didn’t know so I contacted before hand and the manager managed to arrange it for me and go straight sleep that day and sort it tomorrow. It has honestly been amazing. Everything we needed we could ask for and they had it. The bar area is decent. Very close to all shops. Also the showers are good its Blackpool so you pay for what you get you have to run the shower first for a few minutes to get hot water but I don’t see that as a problem. Will definitely be coming back here!! Excited to see what is going to look like when its all done up.

I liked they had a pool table and could watch football.plenty of shops and restaurants nearby Staff were friendly. My dissapointment was the room i stayed in pictures on walls were hiding issues like a hole in the wall and the matress was disgusting and to wide for the bedframe. I would bookthere again but definately not in that room.

First impressions are diabolical, as soon as we walked into the room we wanted to leave. However this hotel is very out dated and need maintenance asap but that doesn’t excuse certain things they didn’t provide things such as: soap, a working TV, hair dryer, needed more pillows, had broken draws, smashed mirrors. The only positives I can give it are the very friendly and helpful staff and a surprising comfortable bed.

Heavy smell of tobacco smoke in the corridors and stairs. Bed was reasonable comfortable, room was average size for a Blackpool guest house. Carpet didn't look to have been vacuumed. No hot water for a shower. And a little visitor showed up on the pillow in the morning, looks like a bedbug One to avoid
