“Group of us stayed in the hotel and everyone had different kinds of bad experiences, but with my family room was without water from 3pm to 9.30pm. Couldn’t use the toilet due to that and operation manager’s excuse was that we have to understand that this hotel is an old building. Then around 8.30pm they had to bring a company to rectify this issue. As I have health issues it was very difficult for me. Didn’t want to give a changing room till 9.30pm. “First of all a caveat in that I stayed at the hotel whilst attending the Rebellion Festival, so I only really used it to sleep in and have breakfast. That said the stay was very good and pretty reasonable for a peak August weekend. The staff were all very friendly and helpful - first class in fact - thank you. If I'm coming to the festival again next year I'd definitely book the Park House again as it met all my requirements.”
