Staff were so friendly and went above and beyond. I had a horrible experience at a nearby hotel and they welcomed me with open arms, easy and fun to speak with, and incredibly animating if me and my bicycle which I was touring with. I can’t recommend this hotel enough!!

This was a great stay for our needs. We were dropping our daughter of at Radford and stayed one night. The staff was great. There soap/shampoo/condition holders needed to be cleaned.

This hotel was the nicest one I stayed in during my 12 day trip. I arrived late at night after 12 hours on the road. The staff was amazing--even offered to help me unload my car. The hotel was very nice, clean and comfortable. I highly recommend!!!

Property is clean and staff is attentive. The hotel is a little way from main interstate, and there no place to walk pets - at all. Not a single patch of grass as the property is surrounded by a tall fence that begins at the edge of the parking lot. If you travel with pets - there are better options out there.

Room was very clean with a nice supply of towels and appropriate quantities of shower products. Hotel was very quiet and front desk. Staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating for our late arrival. The Icevending area looked like it had seen better days, but that’s really the only negative I can say about our stay. We enjoyed the hotel very much.

Staff was great but the hotel is run down, our room smelled, water stains on the ceiling and half the keys to our rooms didn't work. Left a day early and took the loss to drive over 6 hrs home instead of sleeping there another night.

No elevator but the staff carried my bags to second floor. Beds were so comfy and the room was spacious and very clean . And the price was very reasonable!!! The breakfast was not very good but everyone else seemed to enjoy so that’s on me . Overall I would definitely stay again when visiting Radford University. Kaci

I was surprised by how nice this place is. I didn't see any elevators but carrying my baggage up the stairs was great exercise. The bed was comfortable. Fridge and microwave worked. Shower worked. Plus , extra nice bath gel, shampoo, conditioner, and soft kleenex tissues.
