“Great facilities, very nice staff and lovely room - enjoyed the pickleball option and the golf range.”

“Overall great stay. It sure how many of their stays are two nights like us, but having handy the top things to do in town and in the area would be great. Better yet, offer to send it in advance. The other thing I would say is that there needs to be more hooks on the walls so two people can each hang a towel, toiletries bag plus clothes you plan to put on after a shower. This is consistently an observation for all accommodations.”

“Great rooms except bearing gone in bathroom exhaust fan, likely due to mould/fluff build up. Rm313. Also tvs are 20 years old. No Netflix etc and no pay tv limited free to air. Fix the fans and TVs and it will be 10/10”

“Meals in bistro only just”

“I would not recommend this hotel. I stayed here as the weather was turning bad and I had been staying in a tent prior. At check-in reception was closed. Details of how-to check-in were unclear, in so we had to call the property. Reception closed at 5pm. This wasn't clear on the website. When we checked out the next morning, we had to put the key in a key box, but it barely fit in. I had to shove it through the hole. In terms of the accommodation, the shower head & pressure were good. The rest...

“매우 만족 합니다”

“I stayed for one night and left early the next morning for a tour. The room was clean and well-maintained. Thanks to the friendly staff who checked me in after hours. I highly recommend this hotel.”

“오래된듯한 느낌이 좋다면 좋고 나쁘다면 나쁜 수준? 론세스톤에서의 인종희롱을 두번 겪어서 최악의 도시라고 생각함. 다른 어떤 호주지역에서도 이런 경험을 한 적 없습니다.”

“Our stay at The Florance was absolutely amazing. The accommodations were incredibly clean and comfortable, and the wonderful breakfast was a perfect start to the day. I truly could not fault it!”

“Clean room. Polite and very pleasant hostess. Enjoyed our stay. Only downfall was the location of the bathroom in the guest room beside us. Adjacent to the beds in our room. Otherwise we found the room was perfect together with the location.”

“The property was tidy. No issues staying there. Checking in was quick and easy.”

“No customer service at all - asked re transport to airport as advised previously however seeing the boss was away there was none. Make sure if you book this hotel don't bring a huge bag as you will be carrying it upstairs - ate at the restaurant last night ordered Thai prawn curry however had to peel the prawns which were mixed into the curry - would not stay here again or recommend it unless you like very basic accommodation with the price tag that's not worth it”

“I had a really lovely and comfortable stay here. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly and responsive from the very beginning. They kindly accommodated an early check-in for me, which I really appreciated, and although my circumstances changed and I wasn’t able to make use of it as I had originally planned, their flexibility meant a lot. They were also happy to look after my luggage after check-out, which made everything so much easier. The location is fantastic, very central and convenient...
