Very spacious room, modern, clean (only the floor was not that clean as shoe marks were visible), super comfortable beds, huge bathroom, silent location so we had a great sleep. Elevator was a plus!

À l’accueil ma voiture est restée coincée entre deux voiture. J’ai demandé poliment ( du moins au début) au conducteurs de déplacer leur voitures. La personnes qui était devant s’est mise à faire démontrer de la nonchalance et n’a pas optempéré continuant une conversation au téléphone. J’ai demandé à la commis d’intervenir, plutôt que d’intervenir elle a préféré ignorer la situation.

The rooms were big and cleaned. The draws had dirt in them. The room sometimes smelled like cigarette, especially when the bathroom fan was on. Checking in was a mess, there was o ly one person there and he took about 20 minutes per guess. It took for ever to check in then it seems like the close the doors to the main lo by and it made things very crowded waiting on line in a crapped space.

Floor was filthy like they don’t mop the floors at all ! Also it’s better to go through the property directly instead of a third party because it doesn’t guarantee you the room you paid for I had to change rooms and pay an extra $50 just to be a lil More comfortable but the room still wasn’t that clean

This is a hotel I would definitely not recommend. My family and I did not feel safe nor did we feel comfortable staying in this area. The beds were uncomfortable, the cleaniness of the room was not great, the non-smoking room we stayed in smelled like cigerette smoke.

Just Ok,
Room was a great size, somewhat clean. Problem was the location of the room & elevator. The elevator smelled so bad, we took the steps 3 flights. The floor was disgusting and it smelled so bad. Not sure if it was never cleaned but i believe it lays in water in the 1st fl because when u push the button you hear a swish like it’s laying in disgusting water which could lead to getting stuck or worse, it really needs to be addressed ASAP. The room was located in a hallway that you had to be very aware at all times that someone wasn’t hiding in one of them. Room was huge which was great but very nervous when we were coming n going, especially when an employee made us aware that the room around the corner from us had a very disturbed person staying in it He told us to be careful! Really creeped us out. If it had alittle more TLC or caring manager it could be a great hotel but owners or manager just don’t care!

From the outside the hotel looks tired. But the rooms are extremely clean and looks newly remodeled. The breakfast isn’t all that great and not a lot to choose from but I will definitely stay here again if ever back in the area.

The girl at the front desk was amazing, she was really knowledgeable and quick and pleasant. She answered any questions I had with ease. I got the spa tub deluxe room. The newer renovations of the rooms was really nice compared to before few years ago. I was very impressed. I will definitely be back:)
