โExpedia needs to let customers know, **when booking this hotel, not 2 days later** that a parking structure is being built behind the property, eliminating current onsite parking. Offsite, and valet are avaliable but the cost is obscene. I love this hotel and downtown Riverside, but parking situation has long been an annoyance.

โOur room was clean and quiet, a light bulb needed changing and the helper came in less than a minute from our phone call. I appreciated handicapped parking in front of our room, when I hadn't mentioned needing special arrangements.โ
โThe security guard was extremely rude to my boyfriend asking him why he was there. Once he showed his room key the security guard said that doesnโt mean anything and stated people like him donโt belong here โ
โAfter a long drive we stopped in for the night. The hotel was bustling with yong baseball teams.,I still found a great place to park, was able to order dinner at the bar, and get a good nightโs sleep. Clean, spacious, and welcoming. I would stay here again.โ
