Great location for anyone visiting IU. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The building may look dated but very functional and front desk staff friendly. We enjoyed the updated moser bathrooms.

Room was good, only problems were the view (onto a small hill), the closet (just a bar and a shelf, but no hangers, not even hooks), the shower (had only a soapdish, more shelves are better), and the reading light (one side didn't work). But these are small problems. The bed was comfy, the location was good, and the reps were responsive. Breakfast was lacking, but that was expected, as we were told it would be continental. I'm satisfied with the stay and the value.
