The staff was wonderful. Very helpful and even let me have a pretty late check out. I stay here every time I fly to tri-cities. They have a free airport shuttle at anytime of day or night. The only thing that bumped me out was the tv. It kept loosing signal so I couldn’t really get into a movie. Overall it’s clean, quiet and has an awesome friendly staff!

Building is nice, room presentation is ok. But Heat and some of the staff are terrible. Turn the heat on it remains warm. My wife spoke with one of the staff to bring soap she told my wife come get it. Tv remote wasn’t working even after I requested for new one. I work at Disney as rooms inspector. If nothing is working properly we make sure we have excellent staff who will be there with you to make sure your needs are met.

We stayed here because had airport shuttle. It was very noisy. The person next door had their TV very loud and we could hear him talking on his phone. We could also hear the staff talking in the lobby and they were smoking right outside the main door when we got there. Very disappointed in the stay. The staff was friendly however and the room was pretty clean and the bed was comfortable.

We found the bed very comfortable; the breakfast options were good, and there is a Dunkin’ a few minutes walk away and a Cracker Barrel across the street, along with several other chain eateries.

We had to wait around 10 minutes because the front desk person needed to go get cash. The shower leaked and the hairdryer was broken. The service was good though when we talked to someone and very comfortable for the price. I would stay again at that price!
