Sorry you had some issue about swimmimg pool,We had only sessonal pool open ,Now is winter is very cold no one use pool until summer. Also you are not happy bc contintial brreakfast we had to some hard choice take it bc covid we are try to open hopefully open soon.Hope you come back and we can serve better next time.

Sorry you had some issues with mattress.But we had some room pillow top mattress and some had regular bc diffrent guest they like soft or hard.After covid we have to stop breakfast.Also we been trying to work with blue ridge city to fix road but so far is not workout road is not hotel property we know our guest having problem hopefully city can stepup and fix.Some supply not comming on time we are so sorry for trouble.
