The outside looked great, the staff was incredibly nice. The rooms were very dirty and I would say gross. Sheets looked stained, dead roach next to the mini fridge and live roach by the toilet.

Older hotel with no breakfast but clean sheets and clean room. The refrigerator froze our items and then started leaking after we turned it down a bit. Great location and friendly staff. Parking right outside room. Could have used another hand towel but none available.

The room was dirty and the shower was gross. They obviously think if you have dogs you are okay with dirt. They charged me a lot for cleaning fee for 2 service dogs. They were rude when we ask for a refund on that money. They are not using the cleaning fee money to clean dog friendly rooms.. The outside shell of establishment was good. The interior needs some love. I hope I can add pictures. The late night clerk went over and above to help me out with my Expedia to hotel issues. I do appreciate his time. There is not a spot to walk your dogs , I had to use bank parking lot and yard. The air did work. The beds were tiny but clean. I would not use the Stratford again. Oh and if you use a card they charge % more on top of the extreme price they are already charging.
