Came for a 3 day trip that turned into 4 days, reception staff were bilingual and made majority of our inquiries and requests easily filled. Breakfast was free every day and lunch and bar was delightful. Would stay again !

Amazing breakfast. They did not have the rooms that we paid for whilst trying to downgrade our bedrooms! Rooms were very dirty! There was a rat running on the coffee counter! Outside our rooms on the exterior walls had cigarette butts and had a lot of garbage and dirt. No fresh sheets No fresh towels Pool was nice.

Bom hotel com boa piscina para amenizar o calor de Boa Vista. Tivemos problemas com a configuração dos quartos nas duas estadias que estivemos lá em menos de uma semana. Reservamos quartos duplos com duas camas de solteiro e queriam nos colocar em quarto com uma cama de casal. Essa situação foi resolvida depois muito stress nos dois checkins.

O hotel é antigo (vale lembrar que era o Tropical Hôtel, que pertenceu a Companhia Aérea VARIG), sem muito conforto, porém bem localizado para quem vem tratar de negócios, ou participar de reuniões nas sedes dos Poderes estaduais. Fora esse detalhes, zero conforto.

Uma volta no tempo...

Os quartos são antigos, mas conservados. A cama era grande e confortável. Como precisei trocar de quarto logo na chegada, pude ver que há TVs modernas e outras muito antigas. O pacote de canais é básico nos quartos, mas é completo no bar da piscina que é muito frequentado à noite, inclusive por não hóspedes, dando vida ao local. Jantamos todas as noites lá. O ar condicionado do quarto tem que ficar ligado o tempo todo, devido ao calor característico da região. O banheiro é bem funcional, mas o banho é muito ruim, devido à pressão da água fraquíssima. Não pretendo ficar novamente lá por esta razão, foram banhos péssimos!!! Outra peculiaridade é que todas as noites o hotel desliga totalmente a energia por 2 vezes, para mudar de fonte da rede para um gerador próprio e depois voltar à rede. Com isso, os aparelhos da Sky demoram a carregar e o hóspede perde parte de programa/jogo que assistia... Por fim, o checkin foi muito demorado, mas o checkout foi rápido.
