HĂŽtel bien situĂ©, personnel trĂšs agrĂ©able, toujours souriant, parlant facilement plusieurs langues. Nourriture et buffet bien faits mĂȘme s'il manque de cuisine locale. Plage superbe et bel environnement. Le confort des chambres est bien sans plus.

La plage est incroyable, la vue extraordinaire et le personnel trĂšs sympathique. L’hĂŽtel est agrĂ©able, la nourriture trĂšs correcte et les animateurs au top! Petit bĂ©mol sur le mĂ©nage qui reste juste suffisant. Gros couac sur la sĂ©curitĂ© : nous nous sommes fait volĂ© les maillots de bain sur la terrasse: aucun retour de la rĂ©ception ou de la direction malgrĂ© que nous les avons averti. Royal Horizon reste un super hĂŽtel pour une semaine de repos.

Struttura gradevole e curata nelle parti comuni (ottimo servizio ristorante e bar, camere un po' datate e, almeno quella vissuta al piano terra, piena di insetti anche di notevoli dimensioni ,ragni/scarafaggi). Gestione delle problematiche tecniche e pulizia da migliorare (sostituzione dell'interruttore salvavita per continuo stacco corrente avvenuto in due giorni e dimenticanza di asciugamani da riprendere con telefonate in reception). Nel complesso equilibrata ma si puĂČ fare di meglio senza spendere un euro in piĂč ma soltanto gestendo al meglio l'operato del personale.

Il soggiorno Ăš stato molto piacevole, le camere pulite e se c'erano problemi basta avvisare la reception, disguidi con gli asciugamani in camera ma risolvibile. La camera rra doppia con letto king size dotata di ogni confort con vasca/doccia stile anni 90. L'animazione a gusto mio fantastica 2 giorni italiani 2francesi 2 capo verdiani ed 1 balerini. I balerini fanno degli spettacoli strepitosi!! Lambiente Ăš informale ella sera ero costretta a mettere jeans e felpa o golfino e giacca (sono freddolosa!). I camerieri sono tutti gentili e rispettosi. Per chi fa il fai da te all'uscita dell'aeroporto ci sono i taxi chiedono 10 euro ma il prezzo sarebbe 5 euro!! Ho fatto il tour dell'isola e ne vale la pena lo consiglio! ! Posso solo consigliare questa struttura, buona vacanza!

So disappointed: 1. Not enough su beda and people reserving them for HOURS and never actually using them. Change your hotel policy so sun beda cant be reserved. Simple. 2. Food was awful. Edible but just such poor quality. Clesrly clrners have been cut to keep costs down. Such a shame. 3. No smoke alarms in rooms and all the fkre extinquishers we saw were completely rushed anf useless. Not great at all! 4. Music by the pool. Dear GOD no one needs to hear Desposito 3 tomes in a row at a thousand decibels. Horrible loud, not at all relaxing. 5. Room was average. Meh. Overall experience was totally meh. I guess all inclusive just isn't for us. We spent rest of trip in Sal Rei town and it was wonderful. Boa Vista wad such a fantastic experience. Just don't stay here if you have exacting standards!

On a directement bien Ă©tĂ© accueillie Ă  la rĂ©ception ils font tout pour satisfaire les clients. Nous remercions d’ailleurs le petit JosĂ© Ă  la rĂ©ception pour son accueil chaleureux et son professionnalisme. L’équipe d’animation Ă©tait au top il y a vraiment beaucoup d’ambiance mais ils me forçaient jamais les clients Ă  participer aux activitĂ©s. La plage et la mer trĂšs propre, l’eau de mer Ă©tait chaude et couleur cristalline. Il y avait aussi des danseurs professionnels grĂące Ă  qui nous avons assister Ă  des spectacles magnifiques. La nourriture Ă©tais appĂ©tissante les services au top, ils avaient toujours le sourire. Les chambres tjrs propre et ils changeait les essuie de bain tout les jours. Nous avons passez des vacances inoubliables merci Ă  toutes l’équipe. Ps: le seul point nĂ©gatif le wifi. C’était moyen mais bon on est pas en vacances pour rester scotchĂ© sur son tĂ©lĂ©phone.

Settimana di fine aprile, non troppo calda, molto ventosa ma nel complesso gradevole. Villaggio ben tenuto con molto personale sempre in attivitĂ  per cura di tutta la struttura,sicuramente datata ma ben mantenuta. Ottima ristorazione seguita dal responsabile Mario sempre disponibile. Vacanza di relax con possibili escursioni che consiglio di fare servendosi dei taxi sti locali senza problema di lingua, italiano ben compreso. Consigliato

Excellent sĂ©jour, cuisine dĂ©licieuse et abondante, animations au top toute la journĂ©e (sports), le soir (spectacles) et la nuit (boĂźte de nuit) . Il y en a pour tous les goĂ»ts, des espaces calmes d'autres avec activitĂ©s. Personnel extrĂȘmement gentil et serviable. Parfait pour les familles. MĂ©tĂ©o superbe en fĂ©vrier. AĂ©roport juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© sans aucune nuisance. Plages magnifiques. Excursions en quad ou jeep, location de vĂ©los Ă©lectriques pouvant rouler sur la plage. Wifi gratuit fonctionne trĂšs bien Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de la rĂ©ception. Je recommande vivement.

Keine Bettenburg...

...sondern kleine, zweistöckige GebĂ€ude in die DĂŒnen gebaut. Wir waren fĂŒr drei NĂ€chte hier, das Zimmer war sauber und ruhig, das Essen gut, wenn auch fĂŒr einen lĂ€ngeren Aufenthalt wenig abwechslungsreich. Das Personal war immer freundlich. Wir haben unsere Wahl nicht bereut.
