This was our second stay at this property. The facilities are fantastic. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Sea view rooms have great sunset views. Breakfast has large variety and is of very high quality. We would have given this hotel 6 stars, however a very unfortunate event left a very sour taste in our mourhs. We invited family members for a dinner event. We had checked with the staff 6 times over 3 days on dining options incase the weather did not comply. Upon our guests arrival we went to the restaurant and realized it was too cold to be outside. Having had planned for the weather we headed down to the indoor dining room. We sat at a table and waited for staff to attend. What happened next was appalling. The dining room manager approached our table and asked us to leave. After trying to explain to him our previous disccusions with hotel personnel, his response was, I am the manager and you have to leave. So we got kicked out. We were so embarrassed towards our family members to put it lightly. We made alternative arrangements to go somewhere else. As a 5 star facility hotel management could have accomodated as promised.

The staff was very nice and helpful at all times. Rooms are spacious and the view from the balcony only makes it better. Room service is always trying to come and clean the room and/or fill the mini fridge. Overall though was one of the best experiences I’ve had on a trip and would definitely go back again if I was planning another trip in that area

Hotel has spectacular views and is clean enough. Cleaning needs to be deeper because of the smell emanating from bathroom drain/toilet bowl. Watchfulness is needed when orders for birthdays are expected from abroad so that what is ordered measures up to the amount paid for it

Très bel hôtel très moderne. Très beaux volumes et très grandes chambres. Généreux balcons. Mini bar vide - dommage. Aucune attention de bienvenue dans la chambre. Attentions / food and beverage minimalistes pour le standing de l’hôtel. Hôtel très confortable et très bien entretenu. Simple mais bon petit déjeuner au bord de l’immense piscine. Très belle plage de sable fin et pontons bien aménagés. Il y a toujours des transats disponibles même en milieu de journée. Vue exceptionnelle sur les îles en face, magnifique sunset. This is not your typical Swissotel, but I am not sur gif this is a good thing or a bad thing. Overall I must say I haven't enjoyed the service as much as I did at Grand Efes. However, the beach was really good and you can take a walk for 10km over the shoreline at Turgutreis which was pretty good for what it's worth. Hotel is good, not Swissotel good.
