I was there to take photo of botanical gardens. The staff was very protective of the hotel because I booked online. I had to wait for the confirmation to come through for them which I made 6 hours ahead. The male bespectacled receptionist was alone and made us wait while he check the two rooms I have booked for validity. My crew and I were made to wait like illegal immigrants. We have been working and driving all day from Bandung and was tired. later after we were checked in, the receptionist call us and say he issued our breakfast coupons by mistake and want us to return the coupons.

Voor Indonesische begrippen schoon. Mis wel een haakje en een handdoek in de toilet ruimte. Lekkere regendouche aanwezig. Elke dag heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt. Het eten is goed en lekker. Aan het westers ontbijt hebben we ons niet gewaagd, toast met zoetigheden ...niet echt mijn ding. Personeel is vriendelijk, behulpzaam en zeer voorkomend. De nasi goreng kambing(roomservice) is een aanrader. Prijs kwaliteit staat in verhouding. De bedden zijn aan de stevige kant, maar toch prima geslapen. Nota, reistype vakantie / familie bezoek zit er niet bij en alle andere opties zijn niet op ons van toepassing, dus maar voor koppel gekozen.....

4 night stay in Whiz Prime Hotel Pajajaran Bogor

The staff are friendly, polite and helpful. The non-smoking room is clean with individual air-con and beds are comfortable . Lightning might be insufficient if we wish to read or work as there are only a table lamp, 2 light at each bed (3 are yellow light). Restaurant in M level is good & satisfactory, it would be better is there is more choice of dishes instead of Indonesia cuisine. The lift service is slightly unsatisfactory as 1 lift is under maintenance and another 1 is moving slow, the lift capacity is small where it cannot afford too many people although there are still some space. Overall still a great and comfortable stay in these 4 days here~

saat check in tidak ada masalah, namun kamar yang kami dapatkan Deluxe room di lantai 12, menurut saya ini kamar nya cukup panas dan saya di pindahkan ke Standard Room. Overall Standard Room sangat memuaskan. Terima kasih untuk kenyamanan yang telah diberikan
