위치가 좋으니 주위에 호텔이 많이 있어서 잘골랐구나 했는데 4 박후에는 싸우고나옴?
여행 안내를 부탁 했더니 호텔 택시로 우리 부부만 이틀 하는걸 알려주어서 돈 까지 지불하고 다음날 나가니 딴소리만 하기에 취소 한다고 하니 그제서 차를 갖다대서 가고 마지막날에는 오후 9시 체크아웃하기로 하고 돈을 미리 주었는데 비행기 탈시간에 맞추어서 나와 체크아웃 하려니 돈을 내라고하여 이미 주었다고 하니 영수증 보여 달라고 해서 이틀간 투어와 메데진 가는 비행기요금 그리고 추가비용 함께주었는데 영수증 하나 안주더라고 ..소리 지르고 나대니 그제서 집에간 다른 직원과 연결하고는 받았다고 미안하다고 하니 어이 없었음 마음씨좋고 비행기 시간이 걱정되는 분들은 아마 돈주고 갈지도 모르지만 ... 이런 호텔은 조심해야함

THE HOTEL IS CLOSED!!!!, We arrive in the evening and it had chains in the doors. I don’t understand how Orbitz sold to us this hotel when was totally closed. HOTEL CLOSED!!!

A nice older hotel that has been upgraded. I had a junior suite for the price of a regular room. Bathroom was very modern and functional. Located in the heart of the old historic district, the many museums and attractions were within a short walking distance. Plenty of restaurants nearby as well. Staff very helpful and responsive.

location is good for the Gold museum and Monserrat plus Candelaria, easy access easy to get taxi. Rooms are clean and basic, service is responsive. Breakfast has cut back from the first times we were there. I like cafe co leech but they now offer traditional American black to appease their international guests, unless it's true that the Colombians are now left with the worst coffee because the good coffee is being exported.

I rebooked transportation from airport which never showed up so we had to take an alternative means. Only one glass in the room and it was cracked. We had to ask for 2 more at the restaurant. The maid left our door and the door across the hall open and then left the area so when we came back to the room the doors were open with no one around! We were not impressed!

Parece de 2 estrellas. Desayuno simple y repetido todos los dias. Habitacion sucia. Tina no sirve. Sin calefaccion. No hay mini bar. Servicio a la habitacion solo hasta las 9pm. Hay mejores hoteles a mejor precio con mejor servicio y mejores instalaciones.

Extremely helpful staff which would help with everything. The building itself is a bit dated but the bed comfortable and the rooms clean and sufficient. My initial room was on the street so it was a bit loud but we changed it to the other side where unfortunately was a bit dark. Otherwise everything was great and breakfast delicious and well varied. Incredible value for money, just note that hot water may need some running water before it reaches the shower (I believe thats an overall problem in Bogota)

Ideal para recorrer la ciudad
La atención en el hotel es muy buena y con mucha predisposicion, es ideal para hacer base si queres recorrer la parte historica de Bogotá (museos, plaza Bolivar, Montserrate, etc) . El estado general del Hotel en si es bastante bueno, le falta actualizarse en varios puntos (tema agua caliente en las habitaciones por ej), las habitaciones no tienen opcion de climatizacion. El desayuno es bastante generoso.la conexion de wifi es bastante buena.

I requested to change it the room due to storm and it was very windy, the sound was horrible and could hear inside the room and they found a smaller room and of course I expected some discount or modified bill since I went to small room that what I paid for it, but nope!

Die zentrale Lage, 5 min. zum Museo Oro, 15 min. zum Plaza Bolivar auch kann man fast bis zur Seilbahnstation vom Monserat zu Fuß hingehen. Direkt vor dem Hotel verläuft ein sehr breite Fußgängerstraße mit einer Wassertreppe, die geht man hoch ca. 5-6 km bis zum Ende an der Univerisität. Da sieht man schon die Seibahnlstation.

Peu faire mieux
Hôtel très bien placé pour les visites et la sécurité le, personnel est aux petits soins. Par contre il faudrait un peu plus d'entretien. La moquette dans la chambre n'avait pas été nettoyée ...et fait vraiment douteuse, on hésite à marcher pieds nus . Les rideaux de la chambre sont déchirés à plusieurs endroits, on voit qu'ils on vécu. C'est un peu inadmissible pour un hôtel de cette catégorie. On se demande s'il y a une VMC car il y a énormément d'humidité dans la chambre et la salle de bain.

The property was in a good location to explore. Courteous staff, good breakfast, ability to book transport to different attractions with on site service.(Not English speaking)

Sucio, oscuro y feo
Realmente es una muy mala opción, el hotel es sucio, oscuro, feo y viejo. Realmente la limpieza de los tapetes, las cortinas y la ropa de cama deja mucho que desear. La iluminación es bastante pobre y el estilo no es antiguo sino que las cosas están en mal estado.
