Very good value given price

Very good value given the price range. Keep in mind there is no heating or AC in the room in case you need it. Wi-Fi was good. Shower had some issues with hot water.

Horrible place and location rooms not like shown. Administrator incredibly rude and disrespectful. I made a booking and spoke to him about it before doing so. Explained I had my dog with me so called to be sure when I showed up he told me there was a charge for $90 for the dog so I ask why didn’t he mention that over the phone he said it was my responsibility not his so tried to cancel the reservation but Orbitz wouldn’t let me so I called him Back he said no worries I will cancel it on my end as a now show. Ofcourse he didn’t when I called to check he said it wasn’t his responsibility it mas mine he wasn’t going to do it not his problem. Careful this property is deceiving

NO LO RECOMIENDO, Fue la peor experiencia que he tenido en un estancia en Colombia, primero dijeron que no contaba con reservación, después que ya la había usado, luego me dejaron ingresar y al día siguiente me cobraron una supuesta avería que ellos aseguran yo hice, quedaron en enviarme evidencias de lo que iban a reparar y factura y jamás lo hicieron. El personal es despota y grosero, la habitación que me dieron estaba aún lado del blvd y el ruido era demasiado, el desayuno me lo hicieron de muy mala gana y el check out dice hasta las 12 pero si tú dices probablemente salga a las 11:30 ya te están corriendo desde las 11:00 Pésimo servicio ojalá y expedía tome cartas en el asunto de quitar esta estancia de su página.

La estancia ha sido espantosa. Pagué la habitación a mi madre por adelantado y cuando llegó, le dijeron que no estaba pagada y le exigieron el dinero (un precio mayor al que pagué) en efectivo. Al ser de noche, no tuvo otra opción e hizo el pago. Después de demostrar mediante la factura y la transferencia que la habitación ya se había pagado previamente, al día siguiente no tuvieron más remedio que devolverle el dinero. Me parece una absoluta vergüenza que se aprovechen así de la gente mayor, que viaja sola y no se maneja bien con la tecnología. No vuelvo a alquilar una habitación nunca y no se lo recomiendo a nadie.

Mi experiencia en este hotel fue absolutamente frustrante. A pesar de haber realizado una reserva para tres personas con una confirmación clara que respaldaba dicha reserva, al llegar para hacer el check-in, me encontré con una sorpresa desagradable. El personal del hotel afirmó que solo tenían disponibilidad para una persona y que podían "acomodar" a las dos personas adicionales, pero con un costo adicional. Esto no solo me pareció injusto, sino también completamente absurdo. Lo que más me decepcionó fue la falta de profesionalismo y la total ausencia de servicio al cliente. La actitud del personal fue desalentadora, y quedé con la sensación de que no les importaba en absoluto la satisfacción de los clientes. En resumen, mi elección de hospedarme en este hotel resultó ser un error costoso y frustrante. No puedo enfatizar lo suficiente lo decepcionante que fue esta experiencia.

This place is my worst hotel experience in years. I booked the room for my girlfriend. She gets dropped off by a cab at 1am after an international flight. They refuse to let her enter until 6am and don’t even explain why! So she has to roam the streets of a dangerous neighborhood and never checks in. Then they refuse us a refund. Unbelievably shameless.
