Absolutely no ventilation in the room. After taking a shower you need to open the entrance door, otherwise the air in the room will stay humid.

You get what you pay for.

This hotel had water supply issues while we stayed there. Hot water was a commodity they barely had. Not aure if the way they charge for the room is a country-wide thing, but we were charged "per person" rate. During check-in the concierge took pictures of all our passports and after we asked why she stated it was a requirement by the Colombian Migration authorities, and eventually we did receive an email with all the information and copy of the pictures she took. This is for foreigners tracking purposes. Wi-Fi is weak during peak hours and the breakfast was good, and the cook was friendly. We learned the hotels (at least) in Bogota have an agreement with a tourism company that provides guests with safe and secure transportation to and from your desired destination, with the option of waiting for you, for a very fair-market fee. We hired one them and received a great service.

Al llegar nos indicaron que de las 3 habitaciones que habíamos reservado solo tenían 2 disponibles para la primera noche, tuvimos problema TODOS los días con el agua caliente parece que no tienen mucha capacidad con la misma y cuando abren muchas llaves en el segundo piso se va totalmente, a veces salía pero era helada

Lamentablemente es un hotel en donde NO se puede descansar. El teléfono suena en toda la propiedad al igual que el timbre, entran las personas y todo el hotel se entera. Los blackouts de la habitación igual dejan pasar la luz. Es imposible dormir bien. Adicionalmente el agua es HELADA!!! por insistencia tuvimos que pedir que fuera caliente y solo un día se logró. Los recepcionistas intentaron ser amigables, y se les agradece pero el hotel tiene demasiadas mejoras. Por su ubicación inclusive podrían cobrar más y brindar mejores servicios sin problema!

Hizo falta más elementos de aseo ya que solo contamos con dos jabones pequeños, las recepcionistas fueron muy amables y atentas. Todo muy limpio y organizado, la televisión solo contaba con canales nacionales y fue muy aburrido por esto. Gran ubicación, instalaciones muy lindas, hizo falta minibar para tener elementos a la mano.

Bueno para ir de paso

El desayuno incluido es muy básico (huevos, pan y café). Recomiendo ir a comprar algún licuado o alguna fruta para complementar. Al llegar al hotel te sube la cuota por noche (US$6 aprox) ya que el servicio se cobra por aparte. Las camas son relativamente cómodas y las instalaciones se encuentran en buenas condiciones. El personal es muy amable.
