The price that I paid per night at this hotel back when I stayed in December ($130-141) was reasonable for the value. And I had enjoyed staying there! However, the price was hiked up too much at once after this Raisnand now would never consider staying there. The manager of the hotel should not be SO greedy!! Raising the price by 10-20,000 pesos I could see (this in pesos) ... or $5 to about $150. But it's so sad when greed enters the picture!! 😕

El desayuno tipo buffet es lo mejor, el personal es muy cálido, es como estar en casa, siempre te atienden de buena manera sin distinción, disponibilidad, está ubicado en una zona bastante tranquila y decente en el norte de Bogotá, quedando a 5 minutos en auto del Unicentro. El servicio a la habitación es de ley todos los días de la semana sin solicitarlo. Agua caliente, bebidas de lo mejor, bar, sauna, etc. En serio es un hotel perfecto.

El hotel estaba muy bien! Nosotros íbamos para una obra de teatro en el ABC y la ubicación era inmejorable! Con parqueadero y buen desayuno. El baño tenía un par de detalles susceptibles de mejora que los comentamos a la salida.

At the time of checking in, the front desk charged me for a sales tax (IVA) that I'm exempt since a was visiting Colombia as a Tourist and I'm not residing there, based in your guidelines you are only required to pay this tax if you're staying more than 60 days or if you're a Colombian resident. I made my formal complaint to management the next day but they never refunded me as they should. The amount of tax that I paid was about US$24.

Wonderful, the staff all friendly , from doorman , valets, waiters, Recepcion attendants, lady cleaned the room , kitchen people . Was a pleasant stay , it is not the first time I go there. ( no manager this time they changed a lot) but all staff as Oscar, Edison, Daniel , Valentina, Juan , Carlos, ( (Margarita The chef), Cristofer , Karen . You always treated as special guest, professionally and friendly and always are looking for your pleasant stay . Thank you guys and hope to see you next trip, happy holidays, sorry if I miss any name . I hope administration see all the work and effort you made for the hotel and guests. Buildings can be anywhere but people like you made the hotel five stars. Especial mention to Oscar and Edison.

I would be remiss not to brag about this hotel, the property is in a beautiful location, the building itself is nice and quietly elegant, and the staff.
