I highly recommend this place for first-time visitors to Bogotá. It’s located in a safe and convenient neighborhood. You will have internet access, TV, a sauna, jacuzzi, a small gym and a 24/7 room service. You can easily get around the city using public transportation, or simply order an Uber or taxi right from the front of the hotel.

Our stay at the Hotel was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The entire staff was incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel welcome and well-cared for throughout our visit. The location is a major plus. It's conveniently close to the airport, which made our arrival and departure a breeze, and the neighborhood felt very safe. We were also thrilled to find that it's just a short trip to the city center, which gave us the perfect balance of peace and accessibility. Getting around was so easy. Taxis and Ubers were readily available within minutes, allowing us to explore the area without any hassle. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and friendly place to stay.

It’s a good property. And service is really good, but they have a really bad Internet connection and they didn’t accept MasterCard. This made things very difficult on checkout for me because both my debit card and my credit card are MasterCard. For this reason I may not be able to stay here any longer, which is a pity cause. I normally stay here all the time.

Overall a very nice experience. The staff at the hotel are excellent. Road noise was non stop in my suite so it was hard to sleep and the mattress felt a little old and lumpy.
