Nelson from the front desk is a 5 star host. My girlfriend and I are looking forward to returning solely due to his hospitality. Spacious and quiet rooms, steaming hot water in the shower (not always the case in Bogota), safe and secure location within walking distance to countless restaurants. The staff was very good. The pillows are very hard and too thick for your neck. Fortunately I found an extra one in the closet at 3:00 AM that I could use. Great shower with excellent water pressure.

Be aware that some rooms do not have air conditioning. Our room did have A/C, but it barely cooled. Upon arrival, the mini fridge wasn’t working, and when we asked for an extra room key, none were available. The espresso machine also broke and couldn’t be repaired until the following week. On the positive side, the staff couldn’t have been friendlier, and the breakfast was excellent. Overall, though, the hotel needs some maintenance and upgrades.

Great small spot near shops

Great hotel in an excellent location. Compared to other hotels in the area tho it was a little small and disorganized. This mattered more because we had a small child with us on our stay.
