“Although well located, our unit needed a fair amount of TLC. in particular, the sofas were very dirty. As for the beds, the mattress needed a full replacement. I had to sleep on the couch in order not to feel pain from my back. As for the service, we had a good experience with the restaurant personnel as well as the purser. But the reception employee provided a sub par service. A final word, this resort has not the structure for individuals having a mobility impairment. ”

“Vacker och välskött Quinta/ hotellanläggning. Fint pool område trevliga miljöer till och med handmålat porslin och vackra handarbetade detaljer. Negativt, det står att hotellet är hundvänligt men hundar är bara tillåtna på rummet man fick gå via trädgården in genom en balkongdörr till rummet alltså inte i korridoren som har stenbelagt golv. Fanns inget utrymme man kan sitta med sina hundägande vänner och umgås mer än utomhus. ”

“Overall, my stay was good. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the room was spacious with a large, clean bathroom. Good value for money. However, the bed sheets weren’t changed during my stay despite what was mentioned in the description, and there was no toaster or iron. The window couldn’t be opened, so the room felt a bit dark in the mornings. Apart from these small issues, everything else was fine and comfortable.”

“We had an incredible time at Monte da Vilharinha. Driving into the property is like something out of a movie. The rural landscape boasts quintessential while buildings, herds of cows with bells, fields of flowers and streams. When we arrived we were greeted by Jafer and the property dog cookie. Jafer was the most incredible host guiding us around the property, letting us know where to take the (free) bikes and available to answer any questions via WhatsApp at any time.
