“Staff were excellent and a highlight of the stay. Room was very nice and had one issue with aircon and they upgraded me immediately. For what I required it was perfect. Staff went over and above to ensure I was happy.”

“Das Zimmer war groß, sauber und wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Das Bad war sauber und zweckmäßig. Der Safe im Zimmer war nicht mit der Wand/Schrank verankert, sondern stand lose im Schrank. Die Küche war eine Gemeinschaftsküche und etwas schmuddelig. Das Geschirr war lose in der Küche verteilt und nicht in Schränken aufbewahrt. Der Kühlschrank war unordentlich. Frühstück musste selbst zubereitet werden. Die Auswahl wahr sehr beschränkt. Der Abwasch musste selbst erledigt werden. Es gab keine...

They can cook some eggs and the rest from the buffet: yogurt, tasteless bread, some cheese and musli - that’s it. Overall a nice stay but no more than 2 nights”

“The grounds are beautiful. The staff was excellent. We had a junior suite that had a plunge pool. It was perfect. The breakfast and dinner are buffet style if you have the half-board package. “According to the details provided by Hotels.com, the breakfast buffet is about 8 euros per person but actually 800 MUR (about 20 euros) per person. Who is responsible for the notice? I had to pay more than expected and didn't feel good. But the room condition and resort atmosphere were good.”
