6/10 Okay

What I liked about the place is that it's a cheap room for a night. If you're just looking for a bed in a quiet place this would be a good place to stay.

The property itself was great. But customer service experience right from the beginning was hostile. Extremely rude. Won’t come back.

Nice little place

It was a cozy place. Clean, good shower. Was a bit concerned with no deadbolt on the door. Just the doorknob lock.

No Frills but friendly..

Our crew worked long shifts so luxury was not a priority. The hotel was definitely comfortable, they are going through some renovations. The management is definitely willing to make your stay as comfortable as possible. They have a communal BBQ which is in great shape; we used it quite often.

Blah

No coffee pot as advertised, no phone in room Management made you feel that they are doing you a favour by letting you stay there. If you want bare bones, no frills then stay here Wouldn't recommend

Great bare bones hotel

I recently stayed at this motel during a visit to Cold Lake. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked great and the Internet worked well. This isn’t a fancy hotel by any means, but it did its job, the front desk staff were friendly and I’ll be back.
