Hotel was booked to capacity and staff was still great snd took time with every question we had. Just stayed one night with hubby and 3 grandkids...but they loved the indoor pool and breakfast was great.

The room was great for the kids. The breakfast was great also for kids with sausage link or patties and waffles and eggs. The lady who was refilling the breakfast area today on 12/31/25 was great. She constantly made sure food was stocked with a lot of people coming in and out.

It was a decent place to stay. We only stayed one night. Only complaint was the beds, they were really hard. Breakfast was pretty good. It had a variety of items and the staff that was doing breakfast, was really nice . She made sure everything was kept up and clean.

Staff was very sweet! The sitting area was so pretty, decorated for Christmas with the fireplace going. Food/drinks available all day like free cookies, coffee, lemon water, hot chocolate. Our room was clean and I love that they provide shampoo, conditioner, and lotion via wall dispensers. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was really good! We didn’t get to use the pool, but it was nice and clean from the looks. Best of all, it’s next door to Troy’s 105 Diner! We will stay again!

We stayed here for a night to attend a App State football game. Room was clean, parking was easy, we appreciated the breakfast choices too.

This was my third stay at this hotel. It is very convenient to Appalachian State University and my son's dorm. The breakfast is good. During the first two stays my room was on the back side and quiet. This time it was on the front and traffic woke me many times. Only 17 rooms were occupied, so I don't know why they placed me there. I will always ask for a room in back during future stays.

Hallway, elevador was pretty dusty. Room felt outdated. Lots of bad smell from closet. There was no extra linens for sopa bed. Pretty filtty when took the sopa bed out. Front desk when checked in was souless (understand a bit though for it was the last day of the year) but all other hotel employees I encounteted after were hospitable (eventhough it was the first day of year)

Room is huge. Clean, comfortable, well stocked with every basic thing you need. They have a heated indoor pool, workout room, and a nice lobby. Breakfast is also great for a budget hotel. I would stay there again.
