Excellent Service

2/6 nights review, Loft room. Staff are very polite and friendly, from reception, concierge, kitchen, drivers, and cleaners. The infinity pool is my favorite. I had second thought booking this hotel due to 'construction site noise', but I am glad I didnt cancel the booking.. it's not noisy at all considering that the construction site is just parallel to our room balcony. We decided to keep our booking for the next 4 nights.

Underrated Hotel

5/6 nights. Unlike other countries (e.g. Mexico) that I felt obliged tipping staff members, in here staff members are somewhat shy receiving tips which makes me wanting to give more. Almost all staff members we dealth with are polite, respectful and nice. They clean the pool each day in the morning. We enjoyed watching the monkeys randomly visiting the balcony, they visited us once. I will surely recommend this place to friends and officemates for holiday.

Best view in Boracay

A lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff. It is up a hill out of town, but there is a free shuttle which runs all day till midnight. The fabulous infinity pool overlooks a panoramic view of the island down to the sea. Breakfast is mainly Filipino and Chinese, but there are some waffles and nice cakes. You can request eggs and bacon also.

受颱風影響飯店被摧殘 根本無法入住 居然不願意退費？ 罔顧他人生命？想問問這樣的飯店能入住嗎？ 我在入住前兩天 看到飯店在facebook上的說明表示飯店通訊等等都中斷 也無法提供服務 我為了確保 安全性 以及權益 要求飯店取消 ！ 沒想到居然不願意退款？ 想問問憑什麼收費？ 這樣的狀態憑什麼接客人？ 在hotel.com訂房的保障呢？ 圖片是我的客人在12/25入住的照片 試問這樣的狀況12/28的客人如何入住？ 他的生命安全在哪？ 他的假期在哪？ 他的權益在哪？

This Hotel is a disaster

So far the worst Hotel ever. Problems everywhere you go, they will overcharge you, they don’t care about anything just how to get more money out of you. There reception is a pure disaster, staff confused, they reply on everything “yes siir”. They have hide all prices, if you find some price on the menu, the price is wrong. If you complain, you have wrong prices, they will tell you “yes sir”. They wil treat you like a robber during check out process, checking you multiple times if you had paid by security inspection. Every day some negative surprise. This hotel needs to change management, it’s one big disappointment

Great

Good green views from the room, the pool was nice and warm, since the sun is shining on it most of the day. Menu had plenty of different dishes and drinks, with buffet breakfast. Prices were ok. Transport forth and back for closest beach and multiple places every hour, the staff will inform it well. Welcoming and peaceful hotel to stay in. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Only negative was wifi, it was working pretty badly for us. Recommend for all kind of visit!

조용하게 힐링하고 싶다면 알타비스타!

푸카비치와 가깝고 도착하면 호텔 직원이 상주하며 비치타월과 음료를 제공합니다. 스테이션2와는 거리가 있고 한적하고 조용하게 지내고 싶으시다면 추천합니다. 중국인들이 많지만 건물이 워낙 커서 시끄럽지는 않습니다. 숙소는 깨끗하나 개미가 많이 보이고 직원들은 친절하고 도와주려고 노력합니다. 체크인하실 때 와이파이 비번 꼭 받으세요.

ボラカイ島が嫌いになるホテル

部屋にゴキブリが出たり、レストランのテーブルがベタつくなど清掃が行き渡ってなく、かなり不快だった。 またスタッフの対応が悪く、シャトルバスを待っているとき、フィリピン人の客には遅れがあることを伝えるが、隣にいる私達には説明がなかった。 シャトルバスはとにかく待たされる。時間通りに 来ることはなく、バスが来ても客の数に合っていなくて乗れない。次のバスが来てるから待ってくれと言われて1時間半待たされた。 時間を無駄にするだけなので、ビーチ目当ての方はビーチ付近の宿をオススメします。

리조트 매우커요. 수영장은 단지 매우 작음. 프라이빗 푸카비치로 무료셔틀 가능. 걸어서 푸카비치 가거나 트라이시클 타고 가도 됨. 개인적으로 화이트비치보다 천배나음. 디몰까지도 셔틀버스가 있으나. 대기 손님이 많아 불편.

感覺像平價找機會楷油的飯店

房間不乾淨, 早餐選擇也少, 舊舊的, 接駁車每次都等快一小時, 都去接團客了; 離市區很遠 床單污染一點,也不見得是我們弄的,就要賠全額, 全新的誇張價格, 稍微污染一下, 看都看不出來卻賠了3900php, 新的買的也不用半價吧, 誇張, 下次不會再入住, 比二星還不如
