staff were great, very helpful including double checking our pick up for return to the airport. Views were better than expected. Don't immediately freak on way to location as its great. Staff an locals are all very accommodating, restaurants were awesome best underrated location was Nagisa Japanese restaurant, value, an portions actual local prices.

The staff was great and friendly. The ocean view rooms are the best! Not a crowded place which is great for relaxing. Having the beach at the front of the property was so ideal. A little paper thin walls but nothing too crazy. Would definitely recommend the ocean view rooms.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. There were good and bad things but if I was to go back I could stay there again. It’s a cheaper option than other hotels in station 2/3 as it’s still a bit of a walk there (20 min to station 2 for example) and therefore is located in a quieter area away from the crowds - that was a must for me. The beach is great, right in front of the hotel and is mostly empty as most people go to the beach nearer the area of station 2 so that was also perfect for peace and quiet. One if the highlights for me was the view from my room with the beach, palm trees and pool, (I stayed at the very top one with balcony, however please note if you choose this room type that the balcony is shared with the other top floor room, which is a bit weird as it’s less privacy, but for me it didn’t personally bother me as I barely saw the people from the room next door). The room itself is nice and spacious, very bright with white typa decoration for that sunny holiday feeling. Bed was big and comfortable. This hotel has so much potential but it’s getting a bit outdated/lack of care - there was a change of management apparently and things are getting a bit left out. For example the pool is useless (it’s like for decoration only, not the right location to have built it there it was a bit dirty), there’s also a terrace with great view but nothing there. They also have a kitchen not in use anymore (you can see it degraded) so no food at all in this property.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und empfehlen jeden hier her zu kommen. Was gibt es schöneres als mit Blick aufs Meer aufzuwachen? Das Hotel ist klein und direkt am Strand gelegen, und etwas weiter weg von den ganzen Verkäufern und dem sonstigen Tourigeschehen. Jedoch sind fußläufig die besten Bars und Restaurants zu erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder ! Vielen Dank :-)

Unique place. Great hotel with great location and great staff. The rooms are tiny but super cozy and with great views. Oh this view ... It's unique to open your eyes in the morning and the first thing you see is the sea, the beach and the palm trees. The beach is in front of your room. You literally leave the room and go to the beach. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. They cooperate with everything and give very detailed information about everything that interests them. I recommend a place to rest.

The room we were first given was tiny but when I asked if it was possible to change the staff were very helpful. They were fully booked that night but moved us into another room the following day at no extra cost.

Quite glad we chose this place over anything else in Station 3 despite a fair bit of walk to St 2. Didnt get to St 1 at all since no time. Peaceful stay area regardless of the construction works behind the building. Lovely daily cook to order breakfast. Staff are polite and accommodating. The house and views just amazing!

I booked 2nd floor ocean view deluxe room. They upgraded to 4th floor suite room. Room was so nice. Most beautiful view in boracay. Clean. Comfortable. Kindness. The hotel is small but really really nice! The rooms are also small but we knew that before booking and didn’t really mind. The view is amazing and the pool is great! We loved watching sunset by the pool with a drink :) The only thing that I can say wrong about this place is that in the 3 nights we were there they didn’t come into the room to bring extra toilet paper or swipe the floor (as it’s a beach front hotel, you get a lot of sand in the room even if you wipe your feet etc) But it is very beautiful and I would definitely recommend :)

Amazing Hotel

Definitely a great spot for my first time in Boracay! This spot is located in station 3. Staff was extremely helpful and nice. When you exit the hotel the beach is right outside. It’s a bit of a walk to station 2 and 1 but I loved this location because there were no crowds! It’s like a private beach. The room is small but very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel. I plan to stay here again next time I visit Boracay.

We loved everything at la Banca house. The room, facility, location , station 3 is the place to stay if you prefer to have a quite place and more privacy. The staff are all very attentive to accommodate the guest needs, they cleaned the pool everyday, your room, breakfast is superb , arrange our transfortation etc.We would recommend la banca to our friends We would like to thank all the staff for making our vacation more enjoyable and relaxing, from the manager Eugene Flores, front desk Margarita, Remy and Rollan for the delicious bfast everyday, Ginly, Reynante and Miguel for all the hard work maintaining the place clean and enjoyable.

우선 프라이빗 비치를 즐기기에 완벽한 위치입니다 아침에는 조용한 산책을, 오후엔 조용히 태닝과 물놀이를 할 수있어 너무 만족스러웠어요. 다만 여기 파도는 2구역에 비해 깊고 쎕니다. 방은 작지만 인테리어 깔끔하고 침구가 좋아요. 한국인에게 유명한 브런치집과 식당들이 가까워서 좋았어요. 저는 친구랑 저녁먹고 돌아오는 길이 가로등하나 없어서 굉장히 어둡고 무섭더라구요. 현지인들이 시비도 걸고요ㅎㅎ 여자 혼자오신분은 해지면 굳이 나가시는거 비추드려요. 해안가라서 트라이시클도 숙소앞까지 못오고 걸어서 와야되요ㅎㅎ Location was perfect for enjoy a beach like as private beach. Room was small but clean, modern, and good bedding. Watching the Netflix while Lay down on the bed before sleep was really great!

마지막날 시트에 오일이 묻어서 천페소달라는거..어이없긴했는데 실랑이하기 싫어서 그냥줬습니다. 조식 꽤 먹을만합니다. 사진에서보이는 수영장만큼 좋진않고 아기자기한게 이쁘긴합니다 들어가진 않았습니다. 3층에있는 수영장입니다. -중요한건 스테이션3에 메인로드와 멀어서 오토바이 트라이시클 탈 수 없어서 자전거 트라이시클만 근처해변에 있습니다. 정말 불편하고 얘네가 오토바이보다 비싸게 부릅니다. -두번째 해난라군에서 묵을 때 트라이시클 디몰까지 40페소로 갔는데 여기 자전거태워주는애들 기본 100페소 부릅니다 속도도느리고 꽤나 불편합니다 -숙소위치 최악 -오일묻었다고 1000페소 한국돈 24,000원 세탁비 말이됩니까 손으로해도 지워질정돈데.. -직원들은 친절합니다. -위치 진짜별로고 저가격이면 디몰근처에 방이 좀 작더라도 그쪽이 났습니다 라반카도 방이 무지하게 작거든요

후기가 별로없어서 걱정했는데 너무너무 만족스러웠습니다. 다음에 보라카이를 간다면 또 묵고싶어요 바로앞바다고 나만의 별장같은느낌과 번화가가 아니라서 조용하고 쉬기 좋았어요 3층방을 이용했고 방음은 잘안됫지만 전혀 방해될정도는 아니었어요 근처에 돌아다니다보면 음식점도 꽤있고 직원들도 친절하고 정말 좋았습니다.

예약당시 숙소를 알아볼 때 화이트비치 중심가는 시끄러울 수 있다는 얘기에 조용한곳으로 찾았어요~ 그러다보니 깔끔한 느낌이 좋아서 선택하게 된 곳인데 여행날짜가 다가올수록 지도상에 보이는 위치가 중심가와 너무 먼듯해서 걱정했는데 천천히 걸어가면 갈 수 있는 거리였어요! 아, 숙소에 개미가 좀 돌아다니니 예민하신 분들은 참고하세요! 그리고 여기에서 트라이시클 타고 디몰 가시는분들 있으시다면 오토바이형은 100페소 전기형은 150페소입니다! 처음에 1층 첫번째 방 안내받았는데 바다뷰가 아니라서 아쉬워서 프런트에 물어봤더니 무료로 업그레이드 해줘서 2층 바다뷰로 재배정됐어요! 근데 방크기는 1층이 더 넓습니다. 2층은 침대옆에 한 명 지나다닐 공간뿐이고 화장실 앞쪽에 공간이 좀 있어서 캐리어 보관과 짐정리할때마다 사용했어요 단 두명이서 동시에 하기에는 조금 좁아요^^; 무료조식 포함되어 있어서 3일내내 든든하게 챙겨먹었어요~ 평상시에는 아침 잘 안먹지만 여행가면 많이 돌아다니기 때문에 아침식사 필수! 커피나 과일주스 중 하나 고르고, 조식메뉴는 3가지였는데 소시지, 베이컨, 햄 중 선택하고 나머지는 토스트, 버터/잼, 프라이2개, 믹스프루츠 나왔었는데 햄은 첫 날 안된다고해서 그냥 소시지랑 베이컨이랑 번갈아가면서 먹었습니다~ 샌드위치저럼 만들어서 먹어도 맛있더라구요?! 중심가와 멀어서인지 비치에도 현지인분들이 많이 보였구요~ 둘째날부터는 외국분들도 많아졌어요 그래도 시끄럽지않고 조용하고 좋았습니다~ 무엇보다 스텝분들 친절하고 너무 좋았어요~ 마지막날 체크아웃하고 돌아가기전에 선물사러 나갔다가 돌아오는길에 엄청난 비를 만나서 쫄딱 젖어서 왔는데 추울까봐 몸 닦으라고 타월도 바로 주시고 공항가기전에 옷도 갈아입으라고 방 하나 얼른 열어주셨네요~ 너무 감사했어요ㅜㅜ 경비를 얼마 안챙겨서 팁을 못드리고온게 너무 죄송해서 같이 간 친구랑 계속 얘기했어요ㅜㅜ 진짜 너무너무너무너무 감사했어요~ 너무 좋은곳인데 후기가 많이 없어서 주절주절 내용이 길어졌네요~ 여기 진짜 아침하늘이랑 비치보면서 산미구엘 애플 마시면 입꼬리가 자동으로 올라가는 곳이예요~ 꼭 가보세요!
