Great room and helpful staffs
Staffs were kind but the reception closes on the weekend and the evenings. The room was large and had everything you need to stay for longe period. I would stay here if I have long period of stay to cook my own meal to make it home. but if I stay for the short period, I would find other place with restaurants and shopping places around.

Check-in Ok. Deram-me todas as indicações que solicitei. Conforto, limpeza, utensílios de cozinha ok. Perto (50mt e 100mt) existem dois pontos de mercearia (minimercado). A pé para o centro da cidade são 20min, não foi problema para mim. Usaria novamente este hotel.

Très bon accueil. Personnel très sympathique. Chambre style studio avec kitchenette. La chambre était propre et bien aménagée. Lit confortable.

La solution pour découvrir Bordeaux sans voiture
Séjour de trois nuits dans un établissement bien situé par rapport au centre de Bordeaux (30 mn à pied de Victoire). Bien accueillis à notre arrivée avec toutes les explications utiles, en particulier pour le parking, indispensable et pratique. Appartement confortable et bien équipé ; seul bémol, la douche un peu petite.

Chambre très spacieuse et confortable je dirais juste le petit bémol est d'avoir la télévision derrière le bâtant de la fenêtre (lorsqu'elle est ouverte).J'y retournerai volontiers de plus il y a de nombreux petit commerce de base a proximité (boulangerie, pâtisserie, bar superette...).

猛暑の滞在には注意が必要です。
こちらのホテルは学生用のレジデンスの一部をホテルにしたもので、夜中に周辺で騒ぐ若者がいたのが残念でした。ベッドや設備は申し分無く快適で、長旅の途中で洗濯機を使用できたのがとても助かりました。レセプションの方の勘違いで、部屋代を再度払うよう言われたのですが、ホテルズドットコムのお客様センターの方に取り次いでもらい確認が取れたのでホッとしました。猛暑で仕方なかったとは思うのですが、エアコンがなく扇風機で凌ぐには少々無理がありました。

Es un poco enredoso de acceder a la habitación si llegas fuera de horario de la recepción (que es bastante limitado, por cierto). Realmente es una residencia de estudiantes (tienen servicio de lavandería incluso). Lo destacable para mí fue la limpieza (todo el edificio lo estaba, y olía a limpio), pero, por contra, las habitaciones me parecieron demasiado pequeñas o, mejor dicho, poco confortables. Eché de menos una mesa donde comer lo que allí se podía cocinar, ya que solo hay una mesa larga de estudio de lado a lado de la habitación y a Sus pies ya las camas completamente pegadas, con el espacio Justo para pasar. Para una noche o dos no está mal, pero el alojamiento pide mínimo tres noches y, francamente, tres noches ya se hace incómodo. Te ponen a disposición café soluble, infusiones, azúcar, hervidor de agua y cafetera gotas (pero no filtros de café). En resumen, si no tienes nada mejor escoge este sitio, como hice yo, pero si no..huye.

Pratique avec cuisine...
Endroit un peu compliqué à trouver .. surtout si vous arrivez tard après le boulot personne de l'accueil ... proche d'un mini Carrefour facile pour cuisiner vu la kitchenette ... les vélos de Bordeaux gratuit 30 minutes station proche très pratique.. car l'hôtel est très éloigné du centre ! seul inconvénient..

J'étais informée des modalités d'arrivée un weekend pdt lequel il n'y a pas d'accueil humain. Tout est très bien organisé et expliqué par écrit. Séjour réussi. Nous reviendrons.

Four inexpensive days in lovely Bordeaux.
Bordeaux is fantastic and we wanted an economy hotel near enough to the centre. We had stayed with this hotel group in Bagneux, Paris, and hotel there was very good. This hotel is older, lady on reception was very helpful but hotel is not of same standard as in Paris and reception is not manned in the evenings or Saturday afternoon. We basically just wanted a clean room for sleeping and making drinks and breakfast and this 2 star hotel served this purpose. Half of the building is student accommodation, half hotel. That caused no problems. Bed was comfortable, tv worked. Kitchen area was very small and we wouldn't have wanted to cook a meal in such a small space. Fine for breakfast of cereals and baguette - fridge there for the butter and milk we bought. The shower room was clean but somewhat challenging. We are both slim so just about fitted in the shower but no space to put much. Shower head was very loose on the wall. Free wifi whole stay. It is a student area, outside the main tourist accommodation area but only a 10 minute walk to a lively market at Capucin - lots of atmosphere, cafes etc. Small Carrefour very close to hotel. City centre is 15 min walk away, main railway station is the same distance - but opposite direction. We flew in and got the airport bus (very frequent) which goes to main railway station, stops at Capucin, 10 min walk to hotel. It served our purpose well as we wanted to spend our time in the centre and to eat out. All achieved.

La habitación estaba limpia y el alojamiento cerca del centro. Hay un carrefour cerca. Pero hacía mucho calor dentro del apartamento. Tiene un ventilador que nos ayudó a dormir. La atención en recepción muy buena. Una de las chicas hablaba español y mos ayudó mucho. El apartamento también dispone de parking, que es indispensable en esta ciudad.

Bien pero servicios que mejorar
Hemos estado en Semana Santa y los días festivos no estaba ni la recepción ni el servicio de desayunos abierto. La habitación muy limpia y bien equipada, pero había varios vasos, tazas y tenedores que no estaban bien fregados de los últimos huéspedes que estuvieron.

Bonjour, nous avons été un peu déçus par les abords de l'hôtel, nous avons beaucoup marché et le quartier est vraiment très sale. Nous avions téléphoné pour avoir un pass pour le parking extérieur et on nous a oublié.....heureusement, quelqu'un nous a ouvert et nous avons pu y laisser notre voiture pour le week-end ! On nous a gentiment offert le parking du coup !

o estabelecimento não trabalha como hotel e sim como alojamento em que o cliente tem que cuidar do apartamento sem direito de troca de roupas e toalhas por até sete dias, estação de metrô não fica muito perto.Para estrangeiro falam mais em inglês.Recepção cordial.

O hotel, na Verdade, é uma residência estudantil, e em nenhum momento isso é revelado no anúncio. A área é bastante degradada e um tanto sombria à noite. No mapa parece perto do centro, a região mais linda de Bordeaux, mas não é. O hotel fica a 15 min a pé da estação mais próximo do VLT (tram) e mais uns 15 min de viagem até a região turística. O lado bom é que tem fogão e micro-ondas, dá pra cozinhar. O banheiro é pequeno e apertado. A internet, pelo menos, é boa. Resumindo: eu não ficaria novamente, nem recomendaria a um amigo.

Confortable accomodation near tram stop.
The rooms are not luxurious but they are confortable and at a great price. Small fridge, kitchenette and microwave in room.All the room facilities in perfectly working conditions and clean. The staff is very kind and helpful.

Je déconseille
Personnel inexistant, horaires de réception particulier pour un hôtel (pas de jour férié pas après 18h pas le samedi apres midi )pas le dimanche . A l'arrivée vous récupéren vos clés dans un coffre fort et au départ c'est également dans ce coffre que vous laisserez vos clés et le badge du parking si vous avez réservé le parking durant votre séjour. On vous laisse un numéro de portable sur une feuille qui se trouve dans l'enveloppe avec vos clés mais si vous avez des questions et devez contacter la personne, une dame pas très agréable (un peu agacée d'être dérangée ) Une odeur de poubelle et de tabac froid est très présente dans les parties communes. Les chambres sont vielles et la salle de bain est minuscule. La peinture se décolle et cela ne fait pas très net. Le prix est réduit mais on comprend vite pourquoi en arrivant. Le quartier n'est pas hyper intéressant et l'hôtel est loin dun centre et pas hyper bien desservi.... je n'y retournerai pas
