It was clean, but I had one extra towel which was dirty and also no toilet paper at first. But overall it was no big deal as the receptionist Misha was exceptionally helpful and very friendly! Nach 45 Minuten haben wir nochmals versucht alle 3 vorhandenen Nummern anzurufen: es ging keiner mehr ran. Wir mussten uns kurzfristig ein neues Hotel suchen. Die Nachricht des Betreibers: es wäre besser wir suchen uns ein neues Hotel, die Mitarbeiterin sei kurzfristig im Krankenhaus und er im Ausland."
