“D12 treetops at Clarach bay is a lovely setting. Family friendly and lovely staff. We had hot water and good recycling facilities. The site was perfect. However, some of our bedcovers had chocolate on them!!! We found spares to use instead. The green headboard on the main bedroom had a strong smell of unwashed hair ( it seriously needs to be replaced). We had no WiFi and on enquiring we were informed the previous guests had used it up? “We as a family of 5 + a 3 yr old spent a delightful week at Penuwch Fach in July/August 2024. We were attending an interment and celebration of life nearby so the location was perfect. We were met by the owner and there was a welcome wine/biscuits plus tea and coffee. There is a Nespresso Gusto machine too plus a few pods :). “The chalet was clean and comfortable and in a lovely peaceful and picturesque location. However we did have a problem with the bathroom door as lock was lose and on occasions we couldn't get out of the bathroom or in if the door was properly closed.
