The area around the property was excellent. It felt very safe and quiet, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. Everything was walkable, which made the stay very convenient. Parking was easy, and transportation access was great. Overall, a great location and an enjoyable stay.

Staff were very friendly. Apartment size was good. Location good. Queen beds okay would prefer king size. Shower had no shelf to put items on. Bedroom didnt have any blockouts so expect lights at night & a very early wakeup. If you like a dark room I suggest not staying here. We didnt sleep well at all.

Great location in China town. Easy to walk to the theater district and French quarter. Great food within walking distance. Building was secure and safe. Security was very friendly. Unfortunately there was construction outside the building on both sides. One of the “towel packets” in the closet had been opened and had a dirty face cloth in. Would have been easily missed by housekeeping. Did not use the stove given the great food available. Great outdoor seating if the weather had been nicer. Full sets of dishes, glasses, utensils was very useful. Parking information was misleading. Pay and park in Beech St Garage and walk to the property. Would stay here again.

The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking with refrigerator etc too. The apartment was lovely, modern, comfortable and clean. However the washing machine was out of order and the first notification of this was when I read the notice in the machine. No prior notice given or alternative arrangement offered. My 13 day road trip was worked around having a 2 day stop in Boston where I was expecting to be able to do a batch of clothes washing half way however this was impossible.

Open, lots of space. Comfortable. Great bedding. Needs better linens/blanket for double sofa bed. Missing pocket doors for bedroom needs to be replaced. Needs some maintenance in terms of door/baseboard trim, touch up paint on walls.

I was pretty pissed by the pre-checkin verification: "Please take a quick moment to verify your details, request additional services and sign the required incidentals and damage waiver online. This will ensure a hassle-free, expedited check-in process." It turned out to be troublesome and a total hassle - their form basically asked me to fill up everything that was there at Expedia. Worst part is - it asked for "copy of credit card - front and back." It's 2025 and small companies still dare to ask for sensitive information on file? Plus this is totally redundant. It's totally paid for and if they want incidentals be secured with a card it's perfectly fine. Ask for a digital copay is just insane. I went along to avoid be left in a limbo on checkin. Then the system was unresponsive and wouldn't do anyting. CS was useless and put me on hold. etc etc. Their policy and management suck. But to be fair the property is nice and well maintained. For short term travel, I'll not consider them again. Btw it's condo - don't expect any service.

The location is good (in terms of convenient to most city attractions) and the space of the apartment was decent. Nice sized kitchen with good appliances. Everything was very clean. We did not like the front desk staff at all. They were extremely unprofessional and rude during both check-in and out. Plus, we had to wait both times because no one was at front desk to help us.
