Boston, Massachusetts hotel rooms at the Hyatt Hotels

"Wonderful and unique property. Close to so many things - walking to shopping, restaurants, Quincy Market and the North End were very convenient. Extremely clean accommodations - felt like an elevated city home away from home experience. Love the coffee shop being attached to the hotel lobby. It had a Starbucks type of vibe but better as a trendy yet subdued morning coffee spot. Will definitely stay again the next time we’re in Boston."

"Stayed at the Wyndham Boston Beacon Hill for a short trip and a baseball game, and overall had a good experience. The location was really convenient for getting around downtown, and the room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed. The staff was friendly, and check-in was quick and easy. I’d definitely consider staying here again."

"It was really easy to check in and the staff were nice. In a pretty good location with subways entrances nearby. I feel like you get what you paid for. My friends and I would stay again."

"Tiny room facing a decrepit old building, no sun. Got to the room and all the electrical outlets did not work. Will never stay here again."

"First room the water wouldn’t turn on in the shower, the nobs wouldn’t move at all. Also, the toilet didn’t flush because the tank didn’t refill with water properly. I had to open the tank to manually do it. Staff gave us another room immediately. Also never received the complimentary bottle of wine as indicated when booking the hotel. Staff friendly and hotel very clean despite this. Great location was well. "

"Checkin was easy, room was clean. Breakfast was a little lacking but nice to have coffee, tea, and water always available in the lobby. Rooms are really dark with not much light. Great location"

"room was clean but very cold. 2 coffee/tea cups for 3 people and 2 tiny coffee creamers ? Really? Had to call housekeeping and ask for more. Could have used an extra blanket or 2."

"Lovely one night stay here before heading to the airport! Loved the coffee machine with free lattes especially. Great staff, comfy bed, awesome restaurant attached to the lobby. No complaints, will stay here again!"
