Spacious room, clean, beautiful location across from the beach, convenient to Boston via the T station right out the back door, excellent food and breakfast on-site as well as a Starbucks in the lobby, safe parking and most of the staff were amazing! There were a few light bulbs out in the room but other than that, we will stay there again!

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room itself was pretty clean, although we found some hair on the bathroom floor. The main reason for the lower rating was the pool. The pool deck itself was disgusting, with lots of dirt, hair, fake eyelashes, and food. The pool water also had floating pieces of dirt, or who knows what. The light inside the pool itself was ripped halfway out, rusty and had exposed wires. It wasn’t on, but still a danger if you cut yourself or hit it swimming by. There were also no towels, my husband had to go to the desk to get some. Someone did come by to empty the old towels later. The restaurant staff, food, and drinks were great.

Great location with bridge access to the beach. Beautiful ocean promenade, and view. Also metro station (Wonderland) is just right in the back of the hotel which we used to travel to Boston center. Clear room. The glass bathroom door was a little bother with light when in use - due to its location in front of beds. We would stay here again when visit Boston.

Room was very clean. Evening staff at check-in was great. Day staff needs a little instruction in customer service. After breakfast the hot water dispenser was taken away. Front desk staff said breakfast is over so there's no access to hot water. Luckily for the tea drinker in our group the Starbucks inside the hotel was obliging. Something so simple as having access to hot water should be standard.
