Spacious room, clean, beautiful location across from the beach, convenient to Boston via the T station right out the back door, excellent food and breakfast on-site as well as a Starbucks in the lobby, safe parking and most of the staff were amazing! There were a few light bulbs out in the room but other than that, we will stay there again!

Room was very clean. Evening staff at check-in was great. Day staff needs a little instruction in customer service. After breakfast the hot water dispenser was taken away. Front desk staff said breakfast is over so there's no access to hot water. Luckily for the tea drinker in our group the Starbucks inside the hotel was obliging. Something so simple as having access to hot water should be standard.

Clean room with comfortable beds, however layout of bed and bathroom areas are little tight and awkward moving around. Conveniently located at the T-Line and Mission Restaurant in hotel was very good.

Great location with bridge access to the beach. Beautiful ocean promenade, and view. Also metro station (Wonderland) is just right in the back of the hotel which we used to travel to Boston center. Clear room. The glass bathroom door was a little bother with light when in use - due to its location in front of beds. We would stay here again when visit Boston.

Staff was courteous and welcomed us and the parking was great for Boston. The breakfast was clean, well organized, and the personnel paid attention. The room however had issues. The door handle to the closet and the robe hook in the bathroom were falling apart. The room set up was very strange; a barn door for the bathroom with frosted glass was horrible, during the night if someone used the restroom the light blinded the sleepers. The two light switches in the bathroom were dependent upon one another.. meaning the dimmer.. light over toilet and shower.. would not turn on unless the blaring cosmetic light over the sink was on. The room set up was very wasteful. Huge walk in closet, not needed, TV in a place very difficult to watch while lying in bed, and furniture in sitting area uncomfortable. There was a large sticky stain on the carpet in front of the bathroom and the reading light on one of the beds didn’t work. We were on the 4th floor and the elevator was freezing. The overall hotel structure was impressive as far as the outside and the lobby; however the personal room had much to be desired.
