The staff was very friend and profession in general. They have a Suttle service but the driver was very rude and didn’t want to take my husband because was not one of the usual places they offer. Even though we talked to the staff and manager, he kept been impolite and rude, complaining that the Stop was not corporate office.

Booked through Expedia and we were not given the room booked. Booked 2 queen beds with water view and given 2 double beds with no water view. Maybe need to book directly for proper accommodations?

The hotel restaurant was pricey but terrible quality. There is a Starbucks, but for some reason it’s not open from noon to 3. There is no 24/7 convenience store, only a dirty and overpriced vending machine in the basement. Room next to me woke me up on Saturday and Sunday with an alarm clock that went off at 6:00 am and continued for 30 minutes. The walls must be thin because it was super loud. After 10 minutes of this, I called the front desk to complain but no one picked up.

We will investigate the possibility of extending Starbucks hours or exploring alternative on-site food options. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the dirty vending machine, and we will ensure it's properly cleaned and restocked.We are extremely sorry that the thin walls and noisy neighbor disrupted your sleep on both Saturday and Sunday. It's unacceptable that our front desk did not answer your call when you tried to address the issue. We will be reviewing this incident with our staff to ensure they are better equipped to handle such situations in the future.We appreciate your feedback and hope you will give us another chance to provide you with a more positive experience in the future.

No Staff were present when we arrived to check us in. The top of the toilet and the bench holding the bath towels were both dusty. Staff at Starbucks asked for tip which was a bit pushy. Overall nice facility.

The hotel is very modern and clean. They just need to update the mattress. I could not sleep on the mush of a sagged out bed. Arms kept falling asleep and had to sleep at the foot of the bed or we felt like we were upside down.

No valet or help with luggage was offered. Parking is a short walk away in a parking garage. I requested extra towels on the first night and never received them. On the second day, the maid replaced 2 bath towels, did not supply the extra towels, and neglected to replace the wash cloths.
